A quiet and picturesque hidden gem in the heart of the beautiful Musquodoboit Valley. A lovely spot for a picnic. Pet friendly. Great river access. Swim, fish, or launch your canoe or kayak from here. Stunning views of the clean, charming, and majestic Musquodoboit River. Wildlife, nature, and rural charm can be found here. No camping is allowed. Seasonal access from dawn-to-dusk daily. Clean 'outhouse style' washrooms are kept well and spacious enough to change if need be.
Love this little spot. Me and my wife pop down here the odd time for a sit down or the take a qimuick dip. Be careful of leeches. Came out with around 15 - 20 from one dip. Little things are wild.
A beautiful little picnic park. Great for a lunch break on a drive
Fun little park right off the main road. No camping, but lost of room to run in the fields. Tables placed around for people to sit and eat. Has a river running along one side of the park, which is a nice spot to stop and stretch ones legs if you have been driving a long time. Out houses available during the summer as the gate is closed during the winter.
Lots of wide open space, access to the river, good spot for picnics & events. Just a small set of monkey bars for a play ground, lots of out houses around as well
Nice trip on the bike from the city and this park is always a great turn around point and break spot. Never over crowded and very spacious and peaceful.
Great little picnic park with outhouses and River access. Lots of free running space for kids to run around.
Great place to take the family for a picnic, always enjoy checking out the river and getting the feet wet.

A Beautifully restored heritage building, featuring State-of-the-art acoustics. Its always a pleasurable experience taking in a concert or show at the historical MVBT. If walls could talk...
We thoroughly enjoyed tonight's performance by Dave Gunning and J.P. Cormier, excellent, as usual. Their talent is exceptional, and they really do seem to be enjoying themselves as much as the audience is. It's a great way to spend an evening. The Bicentennial Theatre is a perfect venue-well run, comfortable, fantastic sound system, nice friendly atmosphere, great entertainment. We have never been disappointed with any visit to the Bicentennial Theatre.
Great venue for any performance. There isn't a bad seat in the house!
Salt should be available for outside stairs. Great venue. Hope the AED is registered with EHS Registry. (www.savelivesns.ca)
I get a very comfortable feeling being at The Bicentennial. It is a gift to our community and we all must support it , or else it will be gone. We are so fortunate to have this wonderful building as part of our community.
This is a lovely venue with lots of decor options. Wonderful theatre and stage seating area as well as a great function room located downstairs for a reception.
Lovely venue to check out live music.
Really impressed by the look-around I was provided. Looks like a really great and versatile venue. Definitely worth considering for events!
