DO NOT BOOK - Very unprofessional and unreliable. We booked a ride from Shangri La Le Touessrok to the airport on November 12th via Nadeem on WhatsApp. The car that arrived to pick us us up was old and had it's check engine light on. To make things worse, the AC was not functioning and the driver refused to acknowledge the same. When we informed Nadeem of the same on the way, he contacted the driver who the turned the car around and started driving us back the hotel. When we asked him what was going on, he did not respond and turned the car around again in the direction of the airport. He then drove in an extremely rash manner and refused to follow and instructions. We informed Nadeem via WhatsApp if we'd be compensated for the fact that the AC was broken, but he stopped responding! He refused to answer calls and the driver threatened us at the airport and demanded the full amount anyway. Since we had a flight to catch and did not want to get into any unwanted alterations in a foreign country, we had no choice but to pay him in full and leave. Long story short, DO NOT BOOK their cabs, even if it means spending a little more for the sake of your safety and comfort.

Booked and confirmed a hotel pick-up and transfer to airport for 6 people. Contacted via whatsapp after 15mins late and was told we would get a call back. No call back and refused to answer our calls. Hence a scramble to find another transfer to get us to airport in time for flight. Found another transfer that was double the cost but we had little choice but to accept. Don't entrust them to get you to airport on time.

I would not recommend this for family travel, use with caution. Here’s why: - They subcontract their drivers so the vehicle type is not guaranteed. The picture on their website is not the vehicle type you get. - They are slow to respond to emails. - WhatsApp messages are ignored. - I specifically asked for a vehicle to accommodate a 3 point harness for car seats, 2 strollers, 8 suitcases, for 6 people. The return leg of our trip failed to provide a vehicle large enough, and it did not have 3 point harnesses. We eventually had to hire a taxi to transport my kids safely. - The subcontracted driver was nowhere to be found on arrival and we waited around 30 minutes before resolution. I called several times to their listed number before a sleepy sounding man answered. It seems like this is a one man band running this, with access to a network of drivers. His vehicle was new, comfortable, and large. - The subcontracted driver on the return leg didn’t speak English and insisted that his vehicle was safe to travel in despite us telling him that our car seats require a 3 point harness. He didn’t understand that a lap belt cannot be used with the car seats. Also his vehicle was old, and could not accommodate our luggage, and strollers.

Transferred from Ravenella Resort 5 January 2019. The driver was most discourteous in that we had to ask for aircon to be switched on, he was constantly talking loudly on his cell phone whilst driving and at a stage turned up the volume to his type of music. Above all, he was an unsafe driver who narrowly averted smashing into a row of vehicles at a traffic circle. The vehicle engine sounded as if it was laboring. Do not use this untrustworthy ‘service”. It is a risk to do so.
