All public beaches here are very busy. Great snorkeling in most places off of beach. Lots of tourist shops and places to eat and see.
The best beach I've ever been to. The clean turquoise water is so beautiful, and convenient access to restaurants and restrooms is amazing. The color looks more vibrant in the morning and it's less crowded, so I highly recommend checking out earlier during the day.
The cleanest beach in all of grand cayman. Plus lots of room. Not crowded on days when the cruise ships aren’t there. Plenty of room to snorkel and not be bothered. Plus the water is crystal clear.
Also another spot I recommend visiting if this is one of your ports for a cruise. This beach was spectacular. We took the bus from the Cayman Turtle Centre to here, it cost us $1 for the ride and we enjoyed the rest of the day swimming here. The white sand is sooo soft and the water is super clear. Bring your own snorkel gear!
Absolutely stunning beach. Super clean, perfect white smooth sand. Water is crystal clear.
Certain areas will be busy like Governors beach as its easy access. Further up towards west bay is my favourite
Powder white sand and year round water as warm as a bathtub. Waters easy to just walk into they are clear and clean. The water is shallow but gets deep enough to snorkel, swim and relax. You can easily lose a whole day. Bring a cooler, take out and all your fav beach toys!
Beautiful beach with Crystal clear water. This end beach is Governors Beach where there is not cost associated to lounge

This is the beach you can get to if you don't stay at any oceanfront resorts, though you can walk and stay anywhere on Seven Miles beach. The beach lives up to its hype, calm and clean, gentle and shallow, perfect for swimming and pedalling, and other water sports as well.
Really nice public beach with free parking. Not crowded. You can walk for miles in any direction. Note that there are no beach rentals here, so bring your own chair and umbrella - you can buy these at Cost U'Less across the street.
This is a great beach to visit. There are places along Seven Mile Beach that have eroded away, but this place is great! It's perfectly clear, turquoise water. White beach sands, soft on your feet. There's public parking, which makes it very convenient to arrive and bring your items to the beach. It was a beautiful beach location!
This is a great beach to visit. There are quite a few are places along Seven Mile Beach that have eroded away, but this place has plenty of lovely soft sand. Great for chilling in the sea with a drink or, if you prefer, snorkelling, which is great, but you do have to go out over 100 yards, ideally up to the 200 yard limit buoy where there is a larger deeper reef with plenty of sea life. Look out for Barry the Barracuda! There is a public car park just off the beach but no showers or toilets.
Possibly the nicest beach on Grand Cayman. Beautiful sand and ocean, some shade, good snorkeling and lunch places walkable across the road
Governors Beach is absolutely amazing. Free access. The beach and water are beyond spectacular. Basically spent my whole week here.
This beach is incredible. I'd say it's the #1 beach on the island.. beautiful sunsets, turquoise waters and white sands. Great for swimming or simply wading. There's lots of parking as well.
On 7 Mile beach, this is the ideal parking spot and taking off point for long walks on the Beach! Park here and walk to the right. We used to walk all the way to Public Beach( literally the name of the next beach with parking spots). When you see 8 Gazebos in a row with lots of rental chairs you have reached the Public Beach. We hit this beach at least seven or eight times during our trip.
