It’s a good time, something to do, something to ponder. The tour was shorter than expected but the drive there was not for the faint of heart. It was comical with our crew. The artwork is not to be missed, take note - phenomenal artists!! Good times!!
We got the best tour guide ever! He was absolutely hilarious and incredibly entertaining. The smoke they sell here isn't that strong though so if you're interested in that and need something stronger I'd recommend stopping at a dispensary first. Everyone here will try to sell you something along the way but they take no for an answer the first time. This was a beautiful place and it was nice to learn new things about this incredible music legend and his family. I'd recommend this for the experience for sure.
The tour was amazing. Are guide was great and had a lot of info to share. I loved hanging out drinking my tea on Bob's thinking rock. What a beautiful place for a family to rest. Must due tour if you are in Jamaica. Thank you to the staff🙏🙏. One Love
This was a great experience. Very humbling to see the roots of Bob Marley. Tour guide ‘Captain Crazy’ was informative and entertaining. We visited when my wife was pregnant so had to climb lots of stairs and the smell of Marijuana while expected can be overwhelming at times. Getting there is also fun but challenging (again because of the pregnancy) the entire drive up to Nine Miles is hilly and curvy, so be prepared for motion sickness. Other than that it’s a great tour of the legends birthplace and final resting place.
I did the mile 9 Bob Marley experience and let me tell you it did not disappoint. So full of culture and beauty. I felt so lucky to see his birth place and where he was laid to rest. They had a live band and it was smoke friendly throughout the tour. I definitely recommend this activity 👌🏽 💯🙏🏽🇯🇲😎 beautiful culture and beautiful people.
Going to the Bob Marley village in Nine Mile was more than just a sightseeing trip; it was a pilgrimage. It's an experience that truly connects you to the heart and soul of Jamaica and the man who put reggae on the world stage. The drive itself was an adventure, winding through the beautiful Jamaican countryside and offering a glimpse of local life outside of the resorts. When we arrived, the energy was incredible. Our Rastafarian guide, with his easy smile and deep knowledge, brought Bob's story to life. He showed us the small, humble house where Bob was born and spent his early years, and it was surreal to walk through the rooms and see the space where his life and musical journey began. We got to see "Mt. Zion Rock," the sacred spot where Bob would meditate and write songs. The feeling of being in the very place that inspired some of the world's most iconic music was truly powerful. The whole atmosphere was filled with a sense of peace and a fun, laid-back vibe. It was a day of laughter, learning, and feeling the "one love" spirit that Bob Marley shared with the world. It was an unforgettable and deeply moving experience that gave me a whole new appreciation for his music and his message.
The museum is a great experience. Our guide was very knowledgeable and funny. We enjoyed the tour, steel drums, and history. Some locals got us outside the museum for a private “plantation tour” which we were glad we experienced too. Don’t forget to get your Bob Marley shot!
Great tour, Bob's first cousin was our tour guide, he was very funny and informative. They had a band playing some Bob Marley songs. Very nice tour!

What an amazing experience! First off, the horses are beautiful. You can tell that they are very well take care of and they were very well trained. The ride starts off at the stable but then you get to ride the trail through the property and learn some of the history of the old plantation. Riding the horses through the ocean was even more exciting than I expected it to be! We all really had a blast and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this excursion to anyone!
Awesome experience! My mother and I have ridden our whole lives, so we opted for the private tour so that we could have a little more freedom. Nicolai was our guide and he was amazing. Nothing better than cantering up and down the beach, and then cantering through the ocean waves. The horses were well cared for and the staff clearly loves them. Excellent all around!
What an amazing experience. These horses are so well trained and very well taken care of! They didn’t even need to be cued where to go. They just know how this whole thing works! They’re so very friendly beautiful animals. I enjoyed spending time with these gentle giants and when I return I’ll be sure to see the horses and the wonderful locals that showed us around. Our horses names were Commander and LoverBoy 💕
My husband and I are celebrating our honeymoon and we chose this place yesterday because of the jerk chicken picnic on the beach and private tour. We were expecting something light and romantic but it was FUN AND ADVENTUROUS!!!!! Way more than what we were expecting!!! Our tour guide Mario was full of so much personality and adventure and our horses Lover Boy (makes his own rules) and Monday (slow poke) had such different personalities it really made our experience so diverse. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for fun and adventure. Thank you again, Mario!!!
My sons and I went to Hooves today and it was the most fun they've experienced this whole trip. Our guide Marcel was awesome! A few recommendations if you are going to go: don't worry about bringing your camera or phone. You will be too busy having fun and there is a photographer who will take photos and email them to you for a very reasonable price. Also, be sure to bring cash to the beach. There are craft and snack vendors with better prices than anything you will get in town. Look for Ijah on the beach and he will give you a great deal on his handmade jewelry
Great experience in an historic site. Riding at the sea was a highlight. The guides, Danny and his team, went out of their way to make it a great experience. Make sure you tip them as that is their main income.
Amazing! Gorgeous horses and gorgeous people, very friendly. Dan who led my horse was a fantastic guy. This place is a must! Wish I could ride on the beach all day.
Great staff! All very friendly and accommodating at the site. For first timers, try it, they are very accommodating. I would definitely go again, however I would go straight to the location and not call the office. They were very pushy and misinformed me about making a 'mandatory' appointment before I go. All-in-all, my experience at the location was great!

Hands down one of the top culinary experiences I've had anywhere in the world. From the moment you step foot on the grounds of Stush, you feel welcome with warmth, joy and the passion put into making this project come to life. The place itself is beautiful, with very particular details on every single decor piece and setting in place. Everything is carefully thought of and picked with love and purpose. From the stunning pieces that adorn the table setting to the cozy hanging chair near the bar, the ambiance and vibe created is unmatched. I felt like I walked right into a pinterest dream mood board. When it comes to the food, you can only prepare to be amazed by the unthinkable. With some creativity and inspiration from past travels, magic is brought from the imagination right to your palate and plate. Some of the combinations of food you hear about is unheard of and the fact that it is 100% plant-based completely blows my mind. The highlight of the experience for me definitely had to be the amazing food served. The freshness and quality is there. I loved the Jamaican mezze, just as much as I loved the hot sauces made in-house (love that the first ingredient is love), and the mains served. My favourite had to be the Callaloo dip and the jackfruit and breadfruit tostada. Stush in the bush offered me one of the top experiences I could never forget.
Went deep into the bush and checked this spot out years ago and am so happy it’s on Google Maps. Felt like an absolute hidden gem and the folks who run it give you such a amazing experience including a tour of the farm, personalized multi course meal and drinks. Forgot it was vegan because it was just that good! Definitely check it out if you’re ever in Jamaica.
From the moment we walked in, it was clear this place is something special. The atmosphere blends rustic charm with a modern, cozy feel — like stepping into a friend’s kitchen who just happens to be an award-winning chef. Every dish feels like it was crafted with both artistry and intention. Service was warm and attentive without being overbearing. You can tell the staff truly cares about the food and the farmers behind it, and that pride comes through in every interaction.
Unique, award winning culinary experience that truly is not to be missed! Your vehicular trek into the Jamaican hillside country is lined with scenic views and the location itself is not to be missed. If you're not vegetarian before you dine here, you are very likely to strongly consider converting because this wonderfully exquisite experience for the palate will leave you feeling inspired and invigorated, not simply full! This is a MUST do when you visit Jamaica! Definitely do reservations!
The best outdoor food experience I’ve ever had the owners Chris & Lisa (was on a food inspiration vacation) as well as the servers, head chef gave a brilliant and intriguing take on meat options with an vegan/ ital spin on all menu courses. The ride there was a bit steep and bumpy but it’s totally worth the views of the countryside and overall environment. Everything supplied was grown on the farm. There was also a tour of the farm where stories of the history of the place was told alongside pointing out other flora growing in the farm.
I'm married to a Jamaican man and I visit every other month. This is hands down the BEST experience I've ever had in the country. It was worth every single penny. Chris and Lisa are phenomenal at what they do. It's not just dinner...it's an experience.
I had a wonderful experience,I am overjoyed by the experience.Owners were very professional, thank you Chris& Lisa . Nice ambience, comfortable settings, the staff pleasant, excellent customer service. Trust me,this is place to be whether you are vegetarian are not. The food served was my kind of food,I am a no meat lady. I will definitely visit again and recommend my friends and family. Come and experience for yourself, top of line customer service 100/100.
Stush in the Bush It is quite the experience!!! Über awesome... Had a nine course meal I think and it was excellent at the very least. Overall Chris and Lisa made the experience very very personable with the tour and introductions to each course... I had no idea vegan could be this sexy!!! One visit isn't enough to truly grasp this experience...

I was very surprised to have found out that the home of the great Marcus Garvey's upbringing still existed. However, I was quite dissappointed when I visited and saw the condition that it was in. Marcus Garvey is Jamaica's first National Hero and a highly respected figure worldwide. You'd think the place would look better than this, for someone so icon. The house seems to be abandoned and deteriorating. I did like the fact that it has a few plaques that indicate that this is indeed the birthplace of Marcus Garvey. I do know that at the moment the the government is trying to possess the land from the family who owns it. I think they want to build a museum of some sorts. In honor of him ofcourse. I'm not sure how far that process is. A large statue of him is further down in the town, at the library.

Whenever I need fresh meats this is the place I go.
My mom works there!
Friendly, helpful staff. Wide range of items. Everything you need for a weekly shop. Good prices, cheaper than some of the other local shops. Recommended.
Called for some groceries since I couldn't leave and it was delivered within 20 minutes with a smile . Paid with my credit card . Highly recommended.
I really like shopping here the staff is very friendly n helpful. don't have any complaint about them yet gonna give four star because the space is small.
Service was great, prices ok; however they fail to give an option for debit cards and automatically run them as credit to collect the additional 3% which is a terrible way of doing business. I'll not shop with them again for that reason only.
Always pack but it's congested to shop in there. But it's own by good people, prices are awesome. Parking sucks however
Great deals, excellent customer service friendly staff. Fresh products and different varieties
