Undoubtedly, I highly recommend this wonderful place. It’s delightful at any time of the year. It’s a true masterpiece, with plenty of playgrounds for kids, and I would even say for adults too. Being there felt like stepping into a movie. This place especially reminded me of the film "Edward Scissorhands"! 1990)😊👍 This is a great location for shooting films and TV series. It's consistently reliable year after year! I'm shocked that no one has made a movie here yet! This place is "perfect"!
Lovely scenery, but activities can be limited if you are not doing tree surfing. We had a great picnic, blessed with beautiful weather, played with tube slide, hedge maze and lovely walk in the area. Nonetheless, there could have been more activities provided for families who are not doing tree surfing, especially at entrance ticket prices like these for a family which is quite steep. Overall, it was a good experience mainly due to the weather.
We had an absolute ball at Enchanted Adventure on the Mornington Peninsula! The mazes were creative and fun to explore, and the tube slides were a highlight – fast, exciting and perfect for all ages. The gardens are beautifully kept, offering plenty of fresh air and a wonderful chance to enjoy nature at its best. It’s a fantastic day out for families or groups looking for something different. Do note that tree surfing and zip lines are only available on weekends, so plan accordingly. With so much to do and see, it’s easy to spend hours here. A truly memorable experience and one we’d happily return to again. Highly recommended for a fun and active outdoor adventure!
Cute place to spend half a day. We went on a weekday in June and it was pretty deserted. We had the tube slides completely to ourselves for half an hour in the morning. The mazes and gardens were fun to walk through. We definitely took our sweet time, and it still only took an hour, so believe it when people say that this isn’t more than a half-day excursion. It was only with the Grand aerial obstacle course that we stretched it out to five hours at the park. The obstacle course was fun, though. Very well run, there are five paths to follow so no one path ever feels crowded or jammed. Each path ends with a zip line, with the fourth and fifth being the longest, and the fifth being the prettiest. You go at your own pace and as long as you finish before two hours, you can do the Tarzan swing and maybe the rock wall at the end. They’re pretty strict about the two hours even when the park is completely empty. We didn’t know about the two hour cut off, so they squeezed in the Tarzan swing for us anyway as we were right at the two hour mark.
Enchanted adventure is next to Arthur’s park nearby Rye. It was a good one. First i thought ticket fee(adult: $40, kid: $30) was expensive. Inside first part was simple playground.but i realized there were much more inside such as epic tube slide, the tree surfing and the Sky Scramble areas. Administration didnt say anything about these. It was a big fun anyway. You wont be upset. I am sure you will be happy to be there.
Lots to see and do. All the staff had a great attitude. The grounds are large and you will need lots of energy to do tree surfing and explore all the grounds. Hopefully the tube slides get a pulley system so we don't have to drag tubes up the hill. The new hedge maze needs to be a bit higher as I could see over the top.
What an amazing time we had. The gardens were beautiful with autumn leaves. My kid loved running around the mazes, climbing up the tree houses and the slides. So many activities to keep them occupied. We spent about 3 hours there and my son didn't want to leave. The park is taken care of very well. Would definitely come back and also recommend parents to bring their kids here. Pack a little picnic!
Fantastic park which is so well maintained The gardens are beautiful and manicured, the activities are great for a good range of ages. We didn't do the tree climbing activities but the general admission included so many other activities. The skytree climbing frame is an excellent way for kids to explore and practice their climbing. Please note that the skytree climbing is limited for children under 135cm and strictly no adults are allowed on the structures. Really great day out and would love to come back for another visit

Tried the cable car ride and was pleasantly surprised, beautiful views of the bay from the summit to the base. We almost missed the kangaroos halfway down too, look out for them below you as they can be quite camouflaged. The summit has a cafe and gift shop with some parking. Toilets available. Free parking. Price guide (as of May 2025): Adult return $33 Child (4 to 16) return $21 Site prices (online price looks about $5 cheaper in total)
Great day trip from Melbourne. Public transport from Melbourne cbd will be approx 2.5 hrs each way near to the cable car base station, 20min walk from the bus stop at visitor centre. Cable car ride takes 15min each way, to the summit and back, views are exceptional on a clear day. There is a summit walk around the state park with a few lookout points. We could see the entire Mornington peninsula upto Melbourne cbd from the lookouts. There is a cafe, gift shop and toilets at the summit station.
What exceptional customer service! I was looked after by two lovely ladies today at Arthurs Seat Eagle - Eve and Wendy. I had issues with tickets from Red Balloon and the ladies were awesome with sorting that out for me. If you haven't been on Arthurs Seat Eagle then you need to come and check it out. It's a fabulous experience and the customer service is absolutely awesome Thanks Eve and Wendy. I'll be back soon!
Beautiful views over the bay from the summit, cafe food is okay but a bit expensive. Looks like someone has finally bought the restaurant on the summit as I saw some workers in there. Hopefully it reopens soon.
As a first time visitor, this was incredible. I was still able to experience the history and the views while enjoying a beautiful sea breeze in my face, a gentle ride up and back, comfortable seats, and an incredible gift shop. I wish we could have done this at sunset, I was pleasantly surprised by the ability to view our picture and order it to be printed immediately at the top. The staff were friendly and professional, and we enjoyed our wine as we admired the views from the top. I can picture myself having a picnic lunch surrounded by gum trees and overlooking Mornington Peninsula next time I visit the bushland and taking a walk.
Great experience for a local location. The views are incredible, the staff are very professional, the ride is smooth. Food is usual take away, nuggets, chips, etc , $4.5 small coffee. The cars are open with no wind protection, if windy or cold, you need to dress up accordingly. Can get busy during peak hours but queues move at a decent pace.
Excellent place to visit with family and kids. But you should bring your own food. Food is very expensive and coffee too. So much to do and see. Highly recommended Arthur's seat Eagles.
Purchased tickets online, which was easy and secure with our tickets delivered directly to my email. Presented the barcode at the boarding zone, which was scanned and we were quickly shown our capsule. One great feature was no matter the size of your group, whether riding solo or with up to 7 others, you get the ride to yourselves. The ride was smooth and very quiet, leaving us to enjoy the surrounding views. Lots of photos opportunities on the 14 minute trip. It wasn't crowded but I still recommend buying the tickets online to "jump the que" on arrival. Staff at the summit and the base were all very friendly complimenting the experience. Highly recommend and it may have been my first, but won't be my last time on the Arthur's Seat Eagle chairlift.

Great experience on the Sea Eagle, the views were spectacular. The facilities are modern and the gondolas were comfortable and very smooth to ride in.
We loved our experience here. It was a sunny winters day when we visited. What stood out the most was how friendly the staff were. Children under 4 are free which is a lovely bonus! The gift shop at the base is also very reasonably priced which parents will appreciate!
A beautiful place to visit and have a lovely day. The view from the view points are really awesome. The view from the cable car is just too good to miss.

Arthur’s Seat State Park is stunning in the cold weather fresh air, misty views, and peaceful vibes make it a perfect nature escape. 🌿💙
We went there on a windy and cold cloudy day! I could imagine the sunset, the blue sky and ocean on a sunny day would be how magnificent!
Great views of Port Phillip Bay. Nice quiet ride. We had a meal at the restaurant 😋
Beautiful views. Very friendly staff at the cable car.

Very nice what seems like a private collection that is displayed as a smallish but very interesting museum. Really enjoyed it the yesteryear theme. Took us about 2 hours to have a steady walk through. Kids enjoyed the addition Kitchen/ laundry settings and very large model ships etc.
We thoroughly enjoyed visiting here. I’m not particularly into cars but the old ones you see here really are quite fascinating and there’s heaps to see. What we found equally interesting were some of the vehicle related things and general memorabilia. We spent a happy hour here and our whole group, adults and kids, had a great time
A paradise for car lovers! You can find an amazing collection of vintage vehicles here. I especially enjoyed seeing so many beautifully preserved old models
We had a great visit to the auto museum up at Arthur’s Seat! $40 entry for the two of us but what we saw inside was phenomenal! You can see a lot of time, effort, patience and passion has gone into the museum and it’s just a beautiful quiet place!
A real gem of a place. A bit of a treasure trove that will likely appeal to a certain age group. They have cars most people will never have heard of let alone even seen, plus display cabinets full of other treasures including toys I had as a child in addition to some real rarities. For the costs it's well worth a visit if you are in the area.
Amazing little gem of a place and an absolute must for any young car enthusiasts. Our 4 year old car-mad son had his jaw on the floor the entire time and was particularly thrilled with the Hudson Hornet (not an actual Hornet, apparently, but very, very similar). Even our 7 year old daughter really interested in the endless car memorabilia and 'bibelots'. Can't believe this is all one man's collection (Charlie) - an absolute passion project and very kind of him to share it with he public.
Well worth a look, so many things to look at, j will definitely be back again
An incredible display range of rare and unusual cars. We have been wanting to visit for ages but never got the chance. Finally got there today and we weren’t disappointed. Certainly worth the visit if you’re in the area or if travelling in from other parts of Melbourne.

5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had such a wonderful experience at Arthur Seat Trail Rides over the weekend! My son, daughter, and loved every moment. The horses were incredibly well-trained, calm, and perfectly suited to each of us, making the ride both enjoyable and safe. What made the day even more special was the time we spent connecting with the horses beforehand. It was such a lovely touch to get to know them and feel comfortable before riding. A big thank you to Robyn and the girls for their supportive approach. Robyn is so knowledgeable on horses! I highly recommend Arthur Seat Trail Rides for a fun and memorable family activity!
My family and I had an amazing experience, could not recommend more, especially my 6 years old one, Robyn is such a wonderful person, encouraging and patient. Not like any horse riding place where they’d just simply put you on the horse and leave you to it, no teaching no educating but Robyn actually was on eyes of all of us and teaching while we where riding. I’d definitely be back and recommend it to everyone I know. Thank you Robyn for a lovely day and I’ll see you again for sure.
I had the most incredible and special experience at Arthurs Seat Trial rides. Robyn was a super friendly and knowledgable teacher, and I felt very safe with her and her wonderfully trained horses. I was given Harley to ride and had an unforgettable experience completing a 2 hour trail ride through lovely terrain and views. I highly recommend visiting and will always remember the experience! Thank you :)
Hi Robyn, thank you for the horse trail experience today, we all had a wonderful time, it was a wonderful day out with Tia, Jack, Judas and Bubbles. Thank you for your patience and guidance teaching us complete beginners. Highly recommend you, thank you again, see you next time.
Honestly one of the best trail rides I've ever been on from Hawaii, to Texas and now to Mornington. This was my favourite so far. Robyn was wonderful and incredibly friendly. The indroduction to the horses was such a special touch. I would recommend Robyn and her team of beautiful horses to anyone! Thankyou again for such a lovely ride!
A fantastic experience for my son(10yrs old) and me, both of us are the first time riding, and we were pretty enjoying the 2hrs riding. The horses are lovely.
Robyn’s trail rides are absolutely fantastic! My twin daughters have been on a number of the rides and keep wanting to go back for more. They love the horses that they’ve ridden - Jack and Yogi. Robyn inspires a lot of confidence as a guide and is willing to let riders learn at a level they are ready for. This means that even if there is an absolute beginner on the trail, more experienced riders can challenge themselves and at the same time, beginner riders are well taken care of. Highly recommended.
I had a wonderful time riding with Robyn. She gave me a beautiful horse, and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience on this breathtaking morning. Thank you, Robyn and Alex, and all the best for the rest of the year and I look forward to seeing you again 💕🐎👍🏼

Absolutely outstanding! Everything exceeded my expectations, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to picnic or take the family for a stroll, garden and lawns are kept well, especially with the friendly local wildlife in the evenings, the views are the best on the peninsula. If it you get the chance, there is also a cable car run down the mountainside.. Five stars well deserved!
Great place for an easy hike with family or group of friends. Has plenty of walking trails and lookouts that provide incredible and refreshing views of Mornington Peninsula. There is a small playground too and BBQ spots for family picnic. It was a lovely experience for us especially on a fair weather!
What a lovely surprise. Fantastic circuit walk with market path, plenty of BBQ areas and parks to run around. Surrounded by Europe trees and landscape with great vlandscapes
Beautiful gardens overlooking Port Phillip bay, Rosebud, Dromana and Mount iza. Awesome views.
Such quiet peaceful gardens, I would definitely recommend coming here it really is quite a beautiful place & lovely for photography to! good time to come is around dusk & dawn to see the kangaroos & perhaps some baby Joey’s, It’s a nice place to adventure & lovely for picnics to. 🦘🍂
Amazing place to see sunset. barbecue and picnic area
If you want to see a lot of kangaroos in the wild and up close - this is the place to do it. A lot of kangaroos feeding on the grass, spectacular views of the bay, ducks as well, beautiful ponds. Really beautiful, calm and relaxed place. We were there on a sunny Sunday afternoon in mid December (a bit of a wind chill) and there were maybe less then 8 people there. Would recommend
Beautiful gardens, lots of amazing trees, plants and wildlife. Joeys were still in kangaroo's pouches, very peaceful. Beautiful views and quite good accessibility. Some small stairs but easy access around these along gravel path. Was busy but still able to find lots of pockets of quiet and stillness. It's a beautiful place to visit for anyone, especially those visiting or new to the area. Had a lovely sunny afternoon - the paths and attractions are really well marked. Spent a while watching the ducks near the lovely pond, and absolutely gorgeous twilight views over the ocean. Would highly recommend- there are toilets and a Cafe located back up the road near the gondola station, but I always prefer Wombat Cafe for vegan treats and excellent coffee to take up - much less busy and better priced (still expensive but much more worth it!). Can't wait to go back.

I went there with my child yesterday and it was amazing. We were greeted by the beautiful dog Juno which made the experience all the more enjoyable. Denise has a clear love and passion for her animals which is lovely to see. We were given the opportunity prior to riding to bond with our horses and learn more about them then set off for a lovely long ride. I rode Harley who is a gentle soul and beautiful character and my child rode Yogi who was a perfect match, calm but spirited. Definitely worth experiencing and we plan to go again on our next trip. Thank you Denise, Jazz, Yogi,Harley and Juno.

My partner and I recently visited the Peninsula and last minute on our Sunday morning wanted to see if we could catch a trail ride. We were so glad we called Robyn! she was super accommodating as we had been late to call before their morning ride. I've only had a handful of lessons/trail rides in the space of 10 years and my partner less than me, but I can say it was is was the most comprehensive time with horses I've ever experienced. Robyn and her team have a very laid back with casual approach which made us feel very comfortable as soon as we arrived, being introduced our our horses (and all the horses for that matter) learning how they communicate with one another and how they communicate with us, and as we're to communicate with them. Bonding with our horse before finally jumping on the back, feeling comfortable, receiving instruction, then heading off. While on the ride we continually checked in on and asked if we were comfortable as well as prompting us to correct any misdoings or bad habits we maybe getting into. Feeling more comfortable and with the support of Robyn and her team (and my amazing horse, Mack) they helped experience some trotting and then with a little more assistance, cantering. Both our horses and trainers were calm and patient with us and it was clear to see how much love Robyn has for her beautiful horses and how proud she is of them. Thank you for an amazing time. Well worth it! Can't wait to go back.
I absolutely love riding here with Robyn, Robyn is the nicest person I have ever met, her facilities are just amazing and her horses are just so well trained. Robyn allows you to do join up with your horse to create a bond, it's such a great experience to go on the trail down the paths looking over the land of author seat, Robyn is perfect at making you feel comfortable in the saddle. The people couldn't be better, this place is amazing for you to ride.
