I came 3 times and always good pizza just really hard to have someone on the phone little bit long to wait
Consistently getting bad meals for our family, we paid $40 for 4 pieces of fish that were the same size if not smaller then the palm of my hand. Calamari rings are flavourless, chips are average, fish was average. Nothing from our last 5 deliveries tells us to keep ordering dinner from you guys. Will be going to extra 15 minutes into Mildura for our fish and chip dinners.
Toppings are super fresh, dough was perfect and arrived steaming hot! Cooked to perfection! Go on Spoil yourself..You deserve it!
I have always left good reviews in the past for Big Lizzie, regardless of mistakes and there has been several throughout the years. However this time it is absolutely unacceptable. My parter has been up all night vomiting as she is allergic to onion. The number 17 is not even meant to have ONION so we shouldn't even have to ask for NO ONION on it. We will never order here again. The pizzas and service have really gone downhill in the past few years.
Hi Tonight we had fish n chips from Big Lizzie Red Cliffs . I just wanted to let you know whilst we are appreciative of the hard work that you put in, (I know as I used to work in a fish n chip shop in Melbourne) I do have to say that we were disappointed, especially the fried food. It was overcooked, very fatty and the potato cakes were very paper thin, almost to the extent of just eating batter. It was not enjoyable. I also understand that it is a fast food shop, but I believe the cooking skills leaves alot to be desired. I am in no way trying to cause any problems, but I do believe in better service in this way. We did spend almost $60 for 2 people and we think it could have been a whole lot better. With that said we did enjoy the souvlaki and the hamburger. Thankyou I would like to add a photo but there is no provision for one.
Absolutely love this place, order there once a week. Chips are always soft and fluffy on the inside while crispy on the outside, the pizzas they make are top notch, and their schnitzel burgers are the best thing I ever had.
I’m gluten free so battered fish is off the menu for me. The very last houghful girl behind the counter offered me a grilled fish and just prior to serving it up realises grilled fish is floured. She alerted me and offered to cook again without flour which I really appreciated. 10 points for thinking if he customer.
Falsely advertised prices and very rude people. Small pizza advertised online and in store for $13.50. When ordered we were charged $14. When questioned were told there were more prices on the board than pizzas (irrelevant) and that his system said $14 so that was the price. Only when photo taken of menu board did dark haired woman storm over and demand to know price difference and slam 50 cents on counter. Pizza itself was mediocre at best. How many people have they ripped off this way? As to reply: not sure how we were apparently rude we were just asking the question, had this been explained to us at the time we may have been more understanding but the reply we got along with the attitude was unbelievable.

When in Mildura, you can't go past a visit to this terrific winery! We have been here a few times in recent years. Donna is a fantastic host and extremely talented wine maker. Her skills are in demand at other well-known wineries. She is also a regular wine judge. Cappa Stone is a family-run business that produces wines of a very high standard. Almost everything is terrific! I particularly like the Pinot Grigio. Thanks once again for a very warm welcome. We look forward to visiting again soon! :-) Here are some photos from recent visits.
We had an incredible experience with passionate winemaker Dale Stephens at Cappa Stone family Winery in Mildura. Dale is a master of his craft and an entertaining host, captivating us with his wine knowledge and engaging storytelling. This immersive encounter is an absolute must for anyone looking to enjoy a personal and enriching wine experience. Our favourite wines were the Italian style wines.
Stopped in with family when they were visiting from Qld. Definitely worth a visit. Host makes you feel welcome and you feel a genuine appreciation of your visit. Wine is delicious. We didn't feel pressured to buy a bottle but definitely had to take 1 home. Highly recommend
Super friendly staff, we had a great time chatting and tasting the wines. The wines are very delicious and such a great variety to try, tea and cocktail mixes are available too! Highly recommend coming here whilst in Mudgee.
Coming down to visit Mildura while on placement, we had a fabulous time at Cappa Stone Winery - Dale was an excellent host, with the kind of hospitality and personability that is almost impossible to find in the city. We felt thoroughly looked after, the venue was intimate, and the wine itself was lovely (and generous). We came for the wine, definitely stayed for the experience!! Set aside a couple of hours and you won’t regret it :-)
Definitely worth a visit for some lovely and some interesting wines we sampled. And teas! Great to have such a friendly and knowledgeable host who made us feel very welcome and shared his expertise on each of the wines. Looking forward to enjoying the wines we bought... :-)
We called in at Cappa Stone Wines for an impromptu wine tasting this afternoon. We were pleased to find that it wasn't one of those 'pretentious' wineries that charge $30 for a couple to taste no more than 4 - 6 wines each. We tasted many of their wide and (several) unusual varieties whilst chatting with our friendly host, Dale. We found him to be very well versed in his products and happy to talk about more than just wine. All in all, a great place visit to find great service, taste a wide variety of excellent reds and whites, including some varieties rarely seen in Australia... oh, and as a couple who rarely buy more than 3 - 6 bottles of wine in one purchase, we bought 10 bottles here today.
Outstanding customer service, the proprietor is well-versed and cordial.

What a great little Steam Rail this is. All run by volunteers. They do such a fantastic job organising it all including the maintenance etc associated with the Railway. The family pass is certainly the way to go and extremely affordable. It won't be our past trip there as the young fella loved it.
Loved it. The volunteers are all very friendly, helpful and full of interesting facts about the trains! We had a range of ages from 2-70 and everyone had a great time.
The Railway operates on the first Sunday of the Month except January and February. The Railway also operates on the Sundays of Victorian Labour Day and Queen's Birthday long weekends and Easter Sunday
Unfortunately shut when we visited, but we were able to walk around the station at least. Quite small, but pleasant nonetheless!
The Historical Steam Trains only operate on Sunday's and I think Thursdays. You can still look around the train station but the train isn't running
This is a lovely little railway and a great experience for all ages, reasonably priced too
Great little local experience. Video link….. The last little steam engine of its kind, Lukey! - The Red Cliffs Historical steam Railway https://youtu.be/MGT1s-N9eOc
What a great experience. Being able to get out and watch them physically turn the engine around for the return trip was fun. Great value for money.

Such a great service provided by these guys, dropped off and picked up the canoe, with lots of friendly advice, at a reasonable price. Kings Billabong was beautiful, serene and brimming with water birds. Thanks so much, you made our weekend 🙂
Tom was an excellent facilitator who engaged well with all the students. All instructions were clear and concise. The kids loved Tom and I noticed a lot of growth within many of the children over the 3 day camp.
Tom was great, Te treats everyone like a friend and is very helpful His equipment was also very good
Great place to hire a canoe and explore the Murray area from the water. So convenient and very helpful staff
Helpful friendly and great service

This is a stunning spot to visit at sunset. There's some fencing and the viewing area could be a little more clear. Well worth visiting when in the area.
Don’t follow Google Maps. There’s a parking lot just before you arrive. From there, it’s a short trail and you’ll reach the river in about 5 minutes. There’s a bench, but the area isn’t really suitable for a picnic. I recommend just grabbing a drink and enjoying the view.
Spend a lovely few hours exploring along the Murray, East of Mildura. Ended up on top of the cliffs at Red Cliffs. This is a lovely, tidy and clean area.
Worth the couple of minutes walk to see the views.
Parking at start of the trail. Short walk to a well maintained boardwalk. Stunning views of the Murray River and the Red Cliffs at the viewing platform.
Only 4 stars as the new steel stairway doesn't give you access to the Murray river to have the dog swim at a very hot day...
Great views over the Murray
Its a beautiful place and a natural wonder, the red cliffs, watching the sunset here even more special, but just to tell don't go from this location as it is not really accessible you need to go from the river boardwalk location in Google maps which is the accessible way.
