🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Excellent Stay at Taipa Beach Resort Friendly staff and very helpful service. A great place for families — the rooms were clean when we arrived, and the beachfront view was absolutely beautiful. The food was delicious! Our children are usually fussy eaters, but they really enjoyed the pizza, chips, and garlic bread — compliments to the chefs! Highly recommend Taipa Beach Resort for a relaxing and family-friendly getaway.
Lovely spot. Some aspects a little dated. Long walk to some rooms. Very comfortable bed. Some reception staff could be more customer conscious. Some service staff outstandingly good. Would stay again.
“After an awesome evening celebrating a family member, we had to leave early as my partner was starting to feel ill. As a no meat eater, the only other option was the mussels. She had only consumed 4, and had not eaten much during the day as she knew we would be eating at the event. Didn’t have any issues until she consumed the mussels. She was in such pain she was crying on the floor and couldn’t move, that we had to take her to the hospital to get any relief from what we would assume was a horrible bout of food poisoning. When speaking to the staff about this incident, they kept referring to this as an allegation, they even asked for doctors proof which they were given, and yet still tried to play it off as an allegation, and also suggested that because no one else “allegedly” reported getting sick, then this could not have been in any way their food. The mussels were cold, and even I myself got a slight upset but not as extreme as my partner. And then the next day when I went back to let the staff know of the incident a huge rat was in the entrance of the Taipa Resort. We did ask for compensation but were dismissed and told that it was blackmail, as I had said I will be giving a review. Apparently that’s blackmail now. Really immature response from the manager. A shame as we are limited for restaurants in the area and this place will be crossed off the list.
A big thank you to Jasmine Samson on reception with my stay this week. Really lovely experience with a warm-welcome provided, going the extra mile to ensure my stay was enjoyable and comfortable. Thank you Jasmine - it was very much appreciated 🙂
Loved my stay here. Absolutely wonderful spot on the beach. The staff were excellent and the facilities great. Nice having a pool and hot tub also. Highly recommend!
Went for breakfast, there were about 4 tables of people when we arrived so not overly busy for a saturday, waited over an hour still no food. Went to go and ask what was happening as we had to get going soon and people that ordered after us had finished and started walking out. Tried to get staff attention to get refund and no one at cafe or front reception, a lady out the back smoking a ciggy far too busy to help assist. What a joke. When you have a breakfast menu of about 6 items i don’t understand how it can take so long to cook two meals.
Visited Taipa Beach Resort for a Jet Ski social trip, the Staff are outstanding, so friendly and helpful. A superb trip - I'll be back
Real good food , beer and atmosphere. Not sure about the rooms because I haven't stayed in one there before.
