Honestly if your coming up this way take a day out to go on the 3 pub tours. Coming across this place was just amazing. The service was good, toilets are nice and clean and the locals around are just so welcoming too !!
Our kids (6&3) enjoyed tearing around on the trikes available and the mini playground. Lots of space to sit outside, we had a nice cold beverage here and the food looked good that was being served. Middle of nowhere but very quirky and some great photos. Very friendly manager and a great experience! Dirt road to get out was a bit bumpy in our van but not for too long.
Best pub crawl in a long time, A must do experience, the locals are wonderful real people, always have story to tell.
A very rough and ready bush pub built from scratch out of bush timber and junkyard materials It has a unique look and feel about it There is a golf course and free camping Good beer and food
Staff was friendly and helpful. You can do a bit of noodling if you want to find opals. Meals were great.
The best atmosphere, friendly travellers, regulars, staff and locals. Simple meals and fair choice. Hamburgers superb, loved the Gold coin tea and coffee. Really clean nice loos. Not to hard to find with the map from tourists information. Definitely a must see. Xx
Great drive out, true outback feel! Loved the vibe, visited a sunday afternoon, sadly we just missed lunch but the beer was cold and the environment was awesome. The pool table has to be the coolest I have ever seen! Lots to look at and really loved the humor! Amazing bathrooms! Pet friendly on lead!
Lovely visit, great host that took us around and told us all about how it works in the bush.

Great little bore baths good temp and a nice clean pool. They also have hot showers for when you get out or travelling through. The pool is right next door and there is a great park for the kids to play in while the adults take a bath. No alcohol allowed in the pool area.
Drove 300km to get here and it's not even open although the sign says open from April, seemingly closed as of Oct 2024
Nice little park in Walgett with a nice swimming pool and bath for hot summers. Toilets available at park. And some historical equipments in a locked up shed.
Was clean, warm natural bore bath. Free. Only problem, council closed the toilet change rooms while the bore bath was still open.
41.5 degrees bore water, easy access and have a shower 🚿 afterwards, great for long drive trip
Enjoyed our brief time here. Great Olympic size pool. The bore bath is shut in summer, but you can still enjoy the artesian water pool. $3, it's a bargain
The perfect temperature. All my aches and pains disappeared. Worth a stop and having a dip.
Nice place to experience the artesian waters. Officialy open 9am to 5pm April thru to October. Not sure why not open all year. Shade sails would be handy over the pool. There are toilets and cold showers just outside the pool. Also not sure why no hot showers from the artesian bore since only open in the cooler months.
