The museum is pretty interesting, I give it 4 stars because the subject itself isn't for my interests. But if you like general history from the world war 2 period I recommend it.

Cute animal park with lots of place to sit and have a picnic. The indoor enclosures seem to be empty possibly due to renovations. There's a little coffee shop with treats for the kids. There's no central parking lot but you'll be able to find parking nearby.

Our trip to the Botanical and Zoological Gardens in Nahariya was pretty cool. We got to see some interesting animal's, some very familiar and some not so much. We loved seeing the Meerkat, Guineafowls and Ostrich which reminded us of South Africa. There are plenty of birds too and some tortoises. It's a pity the the reptiles are no longer there and the place is looking a little rundown. Other than that it was a good experience overall.

Big gardens for kids to run around and play. Nice playground also. The park itself is a little tired and could do with some maintenance. Not many animals to see and a lot of empty exhibits. Gardens were a little bit of a let down. Kids enjoyed it though so I guess for the price it's ok. Only one little shop selling ice cream, coffee and cold drinks, so if you want lunch best to pack a picnic. Overall a bit disappointing but can't complain about the pricing. It's not a zoo after all.

The place is generally very nice and fun for kids, HOWEVER, it is severely understaffed with the manager also being the cashier and the only guardian of the entire place. The result is that the animals aren’t properly taken cared of, especially in the petting place where we have personally witnessed multiple cases of kids mistreating the pets (e.g holding the bunnies and then dropping them from a high point, or just holding them in an inconvenient way). Nobody is watching out after these animals. When we have told the manager about it he replied saying “I KNOW - I WANT THIS PETTING PLACE CLOSED BUT THE CITY MUNICIPALITY WOULDN’T LET ME”. So animals suffer due to bureaucracy.

We arrived as couple with two kids, the place is beautiful there was empty spot for is overlooking the ocean ! The pools are very nice, there is a nice capeteria with mostly everything you need and with reasonable prices ! The next beach is mosh beach and had a music festival with free entry that was really good too !!

Lovely beach with lagoons and small islands-like, beautiful landscape, amazing sunsets. There is a lifeguard during day hours and Saturdays. Suitable for families with kids. However, there are a few drawbacks: 1. the way to the beach from the parking lot is not short, and it contains stairs. 2. The beach shore is short, so during holidays and summer vacation it might get busy. 3. It costs money to get in, while the Achziv beach, which is located south of the national park, is free. The place also have a lot of space far from the beach for picnic and camping. There are showers and toilets but they a bit dated. The is a small cafeteria and many tables and branches with a nice top view to the sea. In a clear day one might see the Nikra in the north. I took many pictures so you can get a clear observation of this place.

The park and the campground is located next to the beach. A perfect site for half a day trip or a over night stay. The entrance to park is 35 nis and if you have the national park pass, then the price is 50%off. The park is mainly of two structures and the rest of them is the campground. The beach view is amazing and the cyan color of the sea is just breathtaking. It has no life guard and swimming is not allowed. However the depth of sea near the beach is very low and you can swim at your risk, but it is safe to be in water level below your hip. Perfect location for kids and a part of sea is segregated to adapt for kids, where they can play. It has shower, bathroom and toilet. A great location for camping with windy beach view and grass ground. A must visit place.

Beautiful place to picnic in the winter with beautiful views and nice grassy areas. During the summer it’s a great place to spend a beach day with shallow a laguna. It’s also a great place to do camping. But the facilities for camping aren’t the best. But the beauty of the site more than makes up for it. We enjoyed it immensely with my wife and kids ranging in age from 3-14.
