As they have a very strict lateness/ no show policy. When we arrived we sat and had a drink while we waited as we were abit early, we were informed at the bar that the cocktail machine was broken which was disappointing to hear as we had bottomless cocktails in with our package, we had to ask a few times if the room was ready as no one came to get us and you just have to make your own way up and find the room. The burgers were nice but the chips had that much salt on they were hard to eat.
