We had to take 2 keys back down to get re-keyed. The next morning I had planned to make us breakfast but there was no frying pan. I asked for one & they said they'd send, but never did. They ended up charging me a lot more than they originally quoted & wanted a partial refund or at the very least a comped weekend for a future stay. I was told we could talk to the manager named Benjamin, but he was not available. I did try to call him when we got home, but was never able to speak to him. There were a lot of other people who were very dissatisfied with the customer service on this particular weekend.
