There's a huge drive-up area in front of the hotel with plenty of room to unload. They also have bellman and valet service. Check-in was speedy and friendly. Reception area has a food/snack stand, with also a beautiful riverfront restaurant and a small coffee shop. Our room was a riverfront king-penthouse suite. It was very nice, very large and on the 9th floor. Reno is still recovering from COVID but the river view was nice. The bed and linens were comforable and the a/c was excellent. Our suite had 2 bathrooms, which was really nice. Shower was good with adequate pressure. The only complaint was that we didn't receive maid service on our first day. We notified the front desk once we returned at night but they said maid service had gone home for the day. We asked for clean towels which we finally recieved after 2 calls and a trip down to the front desk. They comped us breakfast, which was a good thing since the restaurant only served 1/2 of my breakfast and forgot the rest. Safe wouldn't lock or stay closed as well. Other than these 3 things, our stay was a good one. I will stay here the next time I'm in Reno and highly recommend.

The bed was very nice as were the bedding. Everything was clean. My spouse went to take a shower and I turned on the TV and went to sign into Netflix. Did not work. John the engineering tech came up and decided the Hotel set-top box was not working as it should. Not a big deal. After John left the front desk called and upgraded us to a suite. I went to the suite, and I decided it was a no go for us as it was like a dungeon, dark, very weird furniture and when I looked at the shower, that was a no-go. The shower was a normal tub-shower. Restaurant did not get a chance to use. I did use the pool in the early morning and I sure enjoyed it indoor heated with open windows. Pool is also outdated but it was great and relaxing. Also they have a cafe/mart located next to the front desk, they have drinks, pastries, sandwiches, snacks, energy drinks and much more. It is a non-smoking property but you can smoke anywhere outside where there are ashtrays nearby. Also on the first floor behind the elevators, you can pass through the double doors for a quick smoke and you do need a key card to re-enter the building. The rooms I selected was spacious, clean and had little to no noise where I got a restful sleep. The elevators are located right pass the lobby, a key card might be required to access the guest floors. Lastly, they do offer a shuttle to and from the airport and you can park and pay either from scanning the QR code posted or give them a call. I highly recommend this place to anyone visit Reno, if you need a place to stay over night or to anyone that cannot decide where to stay in the area. I definitely will be back for a future visit.

The parking garage is cramped and weird to navigate but nice to have available so I’ll take it. We had mixed experience with staff, some were super lovely and one was sorta rude. It was very loud at night though (party nearby) and the soundproofing is basically nonexistent between inside and outside. Bring earplugs or noise cancelling earphones if you’re staying during the weekend.

The room was also very dark and there was not enough lighting in either the bedroom or the living room. The concierge service was nice and the cleaning staff was nice. The kitchen was full size and nice. I could see being on an inner unit and some of these issues could be different, but this is how my stay went. I ended up moving to a different hotel.

The elevator went out 3 times during my 10 day stay and since there was no on-site maintenance, was out until the next day. There were 2 power outages that lasted 5 to 10 minutes each - no big deal, except it knocked out the wifi (and TV) until the next day. No compensation offered, and they refused my request for a late checkout. I would only stay here again if they upgrade their sheets to cotton and put a cotton mattress protector on top of the plastic one. This is not a cheap place, and their sheets shouldn't be cheap, either.

Couldn't hang out with teams family members. Our phones were constantly being blasted , while we were in Lake Tahoe i was literally laughing .
