After looking around for a bit, decided to order from them, called again on the same day, however the automated message said to order online. Unable to order online as there is no website, an email was sent to them to ask if we could put an order in as this seemed to be the only way to do so. They took so long to answer (4days) that I ended up having to go back to the shop. Arrive at the shop at 11am which is their scheduled open time. There was someone waiting for a bouquet from one of the staff, no problem waited about 20minutes. After the first client was done I started talking to the person working the flower counter, they completely ignored me and started taking another customer’s order. The other curstomer had just walked into the store, so I was shocked that the worker just completely ignored me! Another worker was at a different part of the shop, she had an infant child on her desk, I wasn’t sure if she worked there so I asked if she could help me and she said no problem. I go to the counter and ask to get my flower order just to be told ‘sorry we don’t do special orders’. I pointed out that I was told earlier this week that this was totally fine by the other worker doing the bouquets, they advised that they couldn’t guarantee a specific flower for a specific timing. It was just a huge disappointment and waste of time. Will not be returning as this is a very disorganized way to run a business. I was able to get my order with Main Street Floral Gallery Co. at a better price than Hanson Road Flowers, and the service was exceptional!!

We did end up finding a great gift and some housewares items but I was quite disappointed in the open display of foul language throughout the store. My kids are 7 and 5 and can read. They love reading signs out and anything else they can as most kids do. This visit more than any there were a lot of displays of what I would call vulgar language. Of course my kids read it and instead of saying it out loud they tug and me and say "look what that says". Then of course it becomes a game of what else can they find. So other than that I would give the store 5 stars. The products are cool and the staff is friendly although when I mentioned it to the girl at the counter she just sloughed it off and made a joke about reading prices. I honestly don't think I would bring my kids in this store anymore. They love picking stuff out there and believe me I am not easily offended by things but the amount of "bad" words and how they are displayed was disappointing.
