As a person with mobility issues, I would suggest having an area at the entrance for people who are waiting for the farm to open to be able to sit if they have issues. I would also recommend having somewhere to sit once again for individuals with disabilities at each of the rides when it is busy so that they don’t have to stand the entire time. Also, bathrooms had no toilet paper or paper towel in them at 8:45 PM. We arrived at the park at exactly 6 PM opening time and some of the food stations were not ready to be serving people yet so we had to wait longer than usual. Again, thank you for the great time. I highly recommend that so that it's faster and you don't have to wait in line to purchase tickets at the gate. Bought the regular 29.99 tickets and we spent about 3 hours there without doing any of the extra charge things' to do and we had a blast. The food spots were a hit as well. Takes a bit of time but its definitely worth it for the food. We enjoyed the hay ride and the mazes were fun and a little difficult which was good. We went during the day so because our little guy is only 7 and we didn't want him to be too scared. Lineups for the hay ride and the bouncy structure was the longest waits but was definitely worth it for us. Only minor thins I would of changed is had more potter potties in different areas of the farm. But the main bathroom was in the middle and it was quick for the guys but a little wait for the women as usual. Bathrooms weren't too messy from the guys side. My wife didn't complain about the womens which means that it wasn't too bad either. Overall we would highly recommend this to families and even couples who want to go and have a nice day walking around and enjoying the perks of fall weather, some delicious food and some fun activities and a little scare during the day time. Hotel con una storia interessante e che la rispecchia anche al suo interno, meta di soggiorno di personalità importanti (vi consiglio di curiosare all'interno ci sono molte foto e tabelle illustrative). L'hotel è in artdecò quindi potrebbe non piacere a tutti, personalmente l'ho trovato suggestivo. L'accoglienza estremamente gentile e preparata, servizio colazione ottimo ma un po caro rispetto a quello che offre, ristoranti all'altezza e abbastanza in linea come prezzi. Stenze pulite e gradevoli, anche se il bagno risultava un pò piccolo e nella mia camera non era presente l'armadio. Unica nota dolente che ha fatto abbassare notevolmente la valutazione dei servizi è la pessima gestione del servizio vallet, attese surreali (45 minuti per avere la macchina che è nel parcheggio sul retro dell'hotel), ho dovuto discutere anche con un autista. Servizio decisamente disorganizzato, parcheggio dell'hotel sempre completo, insomma esperienza pessima per quanto riguarda il parcheggio.

I had seen some reviews about the cleanliness, attitude of staff, and broken machines, but thankfully we didn't experience any of that. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Staff were accommodating and understanding of my child on the spectrum, and he was able to enjoy the games, as well. Roller-coaster was the highlight for the boys, although there is also laser tag and an escape room. All the games are a tad pricey, but I can't deny the kids had a blast and won some prizes.

They have several virtual reality attractions, including a really cool 4 player shooting game (image below) that honestly blew my mind! They have a variety of arcade games and attractions for the kids that we all enjoyed (ages ranged from 2-25) from VR to bumper cars, and the Ben Ottawas ONLY ROLLER COASTER! The staff however was rude on one certain instance. We scanned two kids into the play area (which the kids loved!) and the employee accused us of only scanning once. We had to go up and get physical evidence at the front desk and make our kids (who are 2 and 3 years old…very impatient as you can imagine) wait. While I do understand the reasoning it would’ve been nice to just let the kids play while we went and got our evidence, so I do believe this is a good improvement the leadership could advise employees on. Other than forcing our kids to wait to play while we got our evidence of payment the entire attraction was fun and well worth the CA$115 we spent for several hours of fun!

They did not skimp on the black truffle. You could tell the pasta was fresh. The heaviness of the Louis d'or was honestly so satisfying. I would come back just for this pasta alone. It was fulfilling and delicious. At this point I couldn't bear to think of dessert, though I really wanted to. Which means I'll have to come back for a second visit. The chefs and creative team in the kitchen know exactly what they are doing. I have heard from MANY people in the restaurant industry that Fauna is by far the best restaurant in Ottawa, for Canadian and fine dining cuisine. The Potato & Leek soup was good, the potato to leek ratio and the texture was perfect however, a bit too much onion and garlic and could have used a pinch more salt but I enjoyed it nonetheless. Now on to the GOOD stuff - Roasted Chicken thighs were cooked to perfection, paired with cabbage and potatoes that were amazing. Beef Lasagna was my son's favorite and he did not want to share lol. BBQ pulled pork Mac and Cheese was my favorite and was exceptional!! Even my picky daughter was amazed. Tonight we will indulge in Sweet Potato & Brocolli Mac & Cheese. The packaging and cooking instructions were clear and concise. Being a hockey mom has it's own challenges and dinner is often one of them and takeout has become a norm for us. Well... not anymore. Having these frozen dinners available, my kids can pop them in the oven and have dinner before I get home to run them to their hockey practices or games.
