They also are advertised as coming with a pickle spear which neither sandwich had. The cream cheese had practically no evidence of being onion and chive (one small piece of what I presume was chive). Furthermore, $2.99 for old, not hot or fresh carafe coffee is ridiculous. It was clearly sitting there since they opened. Apart from that, of the 3 or 4 males working behind the counter, one was drinking a shake or smoothie while handling food & cleaning...one other person had a necklace hang out of his shirt while he bent over food. The female smoothie employee had very long dark hair just hanging out, never tied back & no hairnet while she was preparing drinks. She also made several trips back and forth past the bagels and food prep area with her hair out (not health code observant). Apart from the wild hair, she had a constant look of either anger or severe recent trauma. Not exactly customer service friendly. After paying more than $25 for 2 stale bagel sandwiches with low quality deli meat, old barely warm coffee and rude customer service, we were charged another $25 after we requested a receipt. I love being able to walk up so close to the aircraft and be so close to the action. We were able to bring in a wagon with our chairs along with water & soda and a few snacks. The food on-site was ok and decent priced considering the caliber of event. Many vendors and souvenirs for everyone. Get the EEA membership and it will save you some bucks. We purchased tickets and parking in advance and kids were free, which was nice. I'm glad we chose not to camp on site, it looked muddy and somewhat chaotic and unorganized. The Gray lot is the best, in and out easily for two days. Got stuck a day at the purple lot and that was the worst. No real direction from staff on getting out of the lot so cars were all jamming together and it took about 2 hours to get out. All in all, we had a great time and the performances were fantastic and on point. If you only go for one thing, do the fireworks!

She even made me cry of happiness when she heard the song I was walking down to, Beautiful Things by Benson Boone (piano version), and it truly showed how she cares about her couples that come within her venue space. She was wonderful at coordinating me walking out of the building to coordinate not being seen by the groom! This made it even more special. Will was another standout. He took the lead on coordinating our kegs and all of our day-of requests, and he truly handled everything with care and attention to detail. It was clear how much pride he takes in his work, and he made sure that every request was not just met, but exceeded. The main bar is such a beautiful layout, I can’t get over it! When it came to the reception, Will and his fellow bartender were phenomenal. They worked quickly and efficiently while still being so personable and friendly with our guests. We heard so many compliments about how great the bar service was, and it really made the night even more enjoyable for everyone. We had one family member who we had some issues with and are not happy about, but Will and his partner did their part in handling the situation and we can only thank them for their actions and also apologize to them for the behavior that someone showed. The venue was absolutely stunning—a perfect balance of modern elegance and rustic charm. We held both our ceremony and reception in the same space, and it transitioned so seamlessly from one part of the day to the next. The rustic details gave the room so much warmth and character, while the modern touches added a sense of sophistication and style. It felt romantic and intimate during the ceremony, then transformed into the perfect setting for a lively and beautiful reception. Our guests kept telling us how gorgeous the space was, and we couldn’t have imagined a more perfect backdrop for our wedding. We’re so thankful to the entire venue team for going above and beyond. The space is truly stunning. We were complimented for weeks after our event on the beauty and atmosphere of the venue. My husband and I aren't great with decor so one of the benefits of this place was that you don't have to do much to it to dress it up - it looks beautiful all on it's own. They offered us (the bride and groom) a custom ordered coffee beverage upon arrival - it was a really cute gesture. They helped me find creative solutions as a breastfeeding bride to serve me in a way that made it look like I was drinking alcohol to avoid well-meaning guests buying me drinks. They even communicated this to their staff so that I didn't have to worry about reminding them I didn't want alcohol throughout the night. In coordinating with their team, they're quick to tell you that couples who use their venue benefit from using a wedding planner as they do not offer planning services - we didn't think this was necessary if your vendors all communicate well (with each other and with the venue) but they don't offer much in the way of day-of service aside from the bar. There's no staff to move tables for dancing, etc, no food/bussing service staff, and no assistance with decor. None of this is a deal breaker and they do their best to communicate this early on but some of these services, we just assumed all venues offered and that's not the case, so it's just good to keep in mind in advance. The venue is absolutely beautiful and quite large. Our guests loved having the upper mezzanine and front lobby space to go and take a break. We had multiple older family members who enjoyed hanging out in the front room away from the loud and crazy dance floor. Not only is the space large, but it is absolutely gorgeous. We were able to let the venue be our main decor and really cut down on costs beautifying the space with additional items. The venue was very clean and we had no issues the day of! Getting Ready: The Gibson does provide getting ready spaces however the suites are a tad small and kind of dark. This shouldn't be an issue for the guys, but it makes things a little difficult for the ladies. To fix this, the ladies got ready in the downstairs lobby where the lighting was much better for hair and makeup and there was more space to hang out. Acoustics: As mentioned in other reviews, the acoustics are a little rough. Speeches and announcements made during the meal/dances were able to be heard just fine. During cocktail hour while people were spread out and conversing, it was quite difficult to hear anything the DJ was announcing. However, that is to be expected in such a large echoey space.
