I have celebrated my birthday in numerous restaurants over the years, but I’ve never experienced this level of care for the customer. One of the owners also came by to wish me a happy birthday, and I even received a hand written card and the dessert was comped! The food was delicious and the menu was creative. We gobbled up the bread, enjoyed the rabbit schnitzel, and loved the Colorado bass, and apple pie bread pudding. We have never felt so well taken care of at a restaurant. We hope to go back to Aspen next winter, and will make it a point to go back to Parc Aspen again! Kudos to the owners and diligent, hardworking staff!
