The washroom door could not be closed as that too was spoilt and damaged. The washroom door was not rectified even post 4 nights of our stay. The wash basin had continuous leakage and water from the wash basin entered the room continuously. This was not rectified or corrected and the staff would come and only wipe and on the last day the staff offered us to change the room after the trauma we went through for 3 days. Post our check out the concerns are not rectified. We were very patient throughout our stay hoping things would be rectified.
