However, customer service sucked and made it difficult to enjoy my latte. Upon entering the establishment and arriving at the register no greeting was received despite eye contact being made while walking to the counter to place my order. I did not feel welcome here at all (approx 8a). Oddly enough, I went to the location on Jefferson and had a great experience with the cashier and the barista (around 4p) just yesterday. So great, that it led to me to google to see what other locations they have so I didn’t have to drive downtown again, which prompted my visit to Ferndale.
