I think the girl must be new but I receive my drink 2-3 mins later after I brought it back saying it was made incorrectly and it was so bitter tasting not the way I wanted my coffee the order/sticker said 3 creams and 2 sugars and the coffee was near black. I was so fed up i just ended up leaving because I was late for work for waiting 15 mins could bear to be in there any longer! Just wasted my time, money & a coffee for no reason.

So we get there and found it was closing early at 8 but doors were locked and everything. She goes “we’re understaff and close an hour early for cleaning” which was confusing bc it doesn’t say online they close at 7 or on the paper they had on the door they didn’t even closed their store down on the app which I know they can do because I know people who work at Dunkin.
