Agreed upon terms included RAW photos and gallery edits and I never received any gallery edits. New photographer brought in by the studio was unprofessional in communication towards myself as the client and unsatisfactory after the photo session in attempting to receive work and be cooperative. 5. Noda Arthouse did not reach out acknowledging the failure to provide terms to the new photographer and or communicate to myself as the client the hired on photographer’s terms. Overall, it’s a great studio if you’re looking for something budget friendly but as a client to have to go through all of this hassle tarnished my experience. I would advise hired on photographers for the studio to issue to clients contracts before conducting work and to not use instagram DM’s as the primary method of communication to avoid further miscommunications with both clients and photographers. They sub the artwork out to other people that come in and use their building or offices. Some guy hi-jacked my photo and called me to charge me more than I was quoted walking in. I never asked for a digital copy nor a disk. However, that was supposed be at no charge due to mix up. O will not use their services again. I have used photo restoration services before on my graduation photo and it looks awesome. I will drive miles away for their services.
