無理に来なくてもいいと思う。 2020年10月訪問、町の中に突然建物がある。美術館いくつかの建物分かれているので回りづらい。

ハートのオブジェが目じるしの建屋が入り口です。展示が３つの建屋に散らばって配置された美術館でした。 イヌイットの美術品は皮肉が効いていたり妖怪を彷彿とさせる不思議なオブジェやユーモラスな作品が多く面白かった。人間がビーバーを襲う絵も明らかに隠れたテーマを感じるもので興味深い作品。 絵画は古い洋画からモダンアートまだ揃えてあり、中でも声を出して笑ってしまうようなものも有った。モントリオールで優先順位上げて訪問する程でもないが、オシャレな街の界隈にありショッピングのついでに数時間訪問するのも悪くないと思います。時間がある方は是非ゆっくり観に行くことをオススメします。

向かいの映画館の方が美術館っぽくて間違えて入りました。かなりモダンな作りです。近代美術が多くちょっと趣味と違いましたが1階は楽しめました。広くて構造が複雑なので全部みるには時間がかかります。２時間ではかなり駆け足でした。

モントリオールノートルダム聖堂を先日訪れましたが、とても美しい場所でした。特に印象に残ったのは聖堂自体で、その壮麗な建築と繊細な装飾が目を引きました。荘厳な雰囲気と色鮮やかなステンドグラスが、訪れる人々を魅了します。 全体的にとても良い体験であり、再訪したいと思わせる場所でした。歴史と芸術が融合した空間で、訪れる価値は十分にあります。

モントリオールノートルダム大聖堂はノートルダムで1番の観光地だと思う。現在は建物の向かって左側が工事中で、全体の建物が完璧には見られないが、中には問題は無い。多くのステンドグラスがあり、建物の壁のカラーや彫刻された柱など本当に美しいペイントもケベックカラーで他では見られないパターンなども素晴らしい入場料は日本円で2000円前後になるが言っておくと良い観光地だと思う。ガイドなどは特に頼まず自分なりに楽しむのが良いと思う。週末は行列ができるほど混むようだが、平日は並ばずとも入れる。大聖堂の中にはベンチがあるため石畳を歩いた。足を休憩させるためしばらく静かに座ってみるのもオススメの過ごし方。

ビーバーが見れます！広いわけではないですが、4つのゾーンがあり、カナダのゾーンではビーバーやカワウソが見れ、北のペンギンゾーンや、トロピカルではカピバラやカラフルな鳥、ナマケモノ(木の上で見えにくいですが、サインがあります)などが見れ、とても楽しめました。
