It is not pleasant for other people trying to enjoy a quiet night out. It isn't right that because one lot of people spend a lot of money there its acceptable to be undisciplined and aggressive. If i had to do that to any of the machines in those premises by myself then i would more than likely have been asked to leave and possibly banned! Owner needs to ensure that others respect the privacy and sanity of other clients. The whole experience has left me extremely unhappy with their behaviour! Shocking. Macines freeze when jackpots should payout and dont get the jackpots. Staff say they report these matters but appears nothing gets done about it. Also certain machines suddenly take 15p or 10p off a game that in no way in hell it should do that. Machines are not 100% flat and level so they tilt when people walk past etc. Very very seldom do you win any money back unless you play maximum ber and that too is extremely risky. It used to be enjoyable to go and have fun and occasionally win a reasonable amount money back sometimes but thats not the case anymore most times. Also it is clear the machines are on a time setting once or twice a day to pay out sometimes. Rest of time it just takes and does not give. I understand one goes for leisure and pleasure there and owner/s are in business but please be fair and reasonable to your customers. Why all the new fancy digital machines too? Why you moving machines around in cashino and confusing people? Come on give people fair chance and reasnable odds. The machines are already setup to take as much as possible.
