At the bottom of the steps are wooden paths which lead near to the water, which is good, but NO use if you can't get to the beach. So depends on your disability. 2. Near the other ramp is a steep slope, which leads directly to the sand, but when i tried to go down it, my wheels kept spinning out of control due the the SAND that naturally collects on the slope. I use crutches as well as a wheelchair, so in theory I could have wheeled my wheelchair down the zigzag ramp, got out and crutched it down four steps, but for me personally this is relatively dangerous, especially if the steps are sandy. Admin service is terrible the list of problems is huge, lock on door broken in other apartment so had to go out with unlocked door for 2 days, gaps on balcony was unsafe for the children so was unable to access the balcony, showers in all apartments didnt work properly and no hot water, no amenities at pool ie: shower, toilet, parasol, bin. Building site next door plus neighbour at other side next to pool threatened us with the police telling us to get out the pool between the hours of 1pm and 4pm as it was siesta time and her husband was trying to sleep.
