There is absolutely no sound isolation coming from above, every morning between 4-5am I was woken by what sounded like a circus by my above neighbor. Also, something is seriously wrong with the plumbing, imagine being woken up on a nightly basis by what sounds like an earthquake, because one of the above neighbors flushed their toilet. You would think $2200/month would be enough to secure a decently quiet place, this is not the case at 1 East Broadway. This is not a luxury apartment, it is more like a college dorm.
