ツーソンの35の歴史博物館

知人のおすすめで訪問してみることにしました。以前も何件かのAviation museumにはいったことがあり、期待はずれなことが多かったのですが、こちらは全くもってとても素晴らしい施設でした。軍用機、商用機など好みに依存する部分が大きいですが、展示機数も多く、比較的近代的なもの(とは言っても1980位～)が揃っているので私にははまりました。 屋外展示機も個性的なものがおおいです、B52とN787EX2に触れたのは感慨深かったです。スーパーグッピーもいましたー。 格納庫内部の展示機の状態は非常によく、屋外機の劣化の進みをみると心苦しくなりますがおおきさからいってしかたないかな。展示パネルにもう少し説明があると普通のかたも楽しめるとおもいます。普通の人はガイド付きのカートツアーに参加されていました。歩くのも大変なのでそちらがおすすめです。 実際に日本に爆撃を行ったB29をみて、触ってさまざまな思いがめぐりましたが、この飛行機自体に罪はないのだ、戦争を行った人間が悪いのだなと考えました。ここを訪れて、更にスミソニアン博物館への思いが強くなりました。 11時から閉館時間の15時まで丸々4時間たいざいしました。水分、防止、サングラス、日焼け止めを忘れずにしっかりたっぷり楽しみましょう。
