After we had heated conversation they provided us with additional chapatis. This was very disappointing. After which we demanded heater as there was very chilly outside and we were with small baby. They provided us the heater after sometime and then the lights were gone in 1 hour at 11pm at night when enquired they told that the generator was switched off and will not switch on till morning. We asked them we have small child aged 4 year old but they didn't start the generator whole night. We had to sleep in dark and chilling room. Which was both very horrifying experience. Next day we spoke with some lady and asked whether they can provide power backup whole night on which we received answer from her as stated below "If you want to stay then please stay we will not be providing any power backup. If you want to move out you can and we will not be providing any refund you can go to any court in India" When we asked that we have four year child and cannot stay in dark night on which they replied that "You can stay in the dark it is not a problem. Make him sleep at night. We dont care about your child" We had to leave the property immediately the next morning after conversation. I WILL URGE ANYONE READING THIS SHOULD NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. THIS IS NOT SAFE AND ANYONE SHOULD NOT TAKE THIS WORST EXPERIENCE.
