The hotel is walking distance from the downtown area and Church street Marketplace. It is also right in front of the waterfront park. Such a great location. We were trying to find a place that only required 1 night's stay during parents weekend at UVM and found this place which online looked just fine. Some reviews said it was dated, but nice.
