We booked it thru priceline. I did call first to make sure the swimming pool was open. Yes it is. We got a room with a jacuzzi tub. The room was nice and clean. Great price too. They had to move us to a smaller room which we made work and had to get a cot. Once we moved all our things and finally got settled the TV in the room didn't work. The next morning at check out the towels the housekeeping had was in a shopping cart. The company can't afford a laundry cart? It looked like something you would see at the intersection. Ive stayed in plenty of old hotels this one is definitely the worst. When we asked about compensation we was told we would have to wait till the morning. They ended up giving us a 20 dollar discount for a standard room as a suite. The only thing I can say good about this hotel wad the lady at the desk was nice, the shower was hot and it was in walking distance to everything. I do not recommend this hotel. Its old and needs alot of work. Please fix it. They have amazing employees that work there in these conditions.

From the moment we booked a cabin with Miss Pam and Earl, they were very accommodating, professional and friendly. When we arrived to this gorgeous property, we were greeted warmly and taken to our beautiful cabin. The cabin was great, a lot of thought and care went into creating it. Detail to comfort and higher end amenities made us feel very well taken care of. They told us about the waterfall just down the trails and after a wonderful breakfast the next day, on our Blackstone grill, we went and enjoyed it. Spent the day in town, came back, to enjoy smores over our own private firepit, had a soak in the hot tub and slept like babies in the super comfy bed. The pet friendly part was amazing too, we were able to bring our 2 little fur babies with us and have family adventures. The check in and out process was super relaxed and we will definitely be back, maybe for a summer to enjoy the other activities they offer.. The driveway (like many cabins in the area) is pretty steep, but we managed to make it up and down fine in a minivan. Its not a big deal really, but something to be aware of. another cool thing is there are lighted hiking type paths that get you from the cabin to the common areas, so you dont have to drive or walk the roads to get there. The owners are also on site and are responsive if you need anything. they also do their best to be flexible with check in and check out times which was a big plus for us. we had a great time and will be back for sure.
