Beautiful, well maintained property. Well appointed, spacious rooms with the best housekeeping service I’ve seen in years. It’s about an hour by car from the airport. We specifically asked them to be made soft as I am traveling with my elderly grandparents. However they had to leave their meal incomplete, as it was simply not edible. The Chai surprisingly was the only thing that did not disappoint. Now coming to hygiene, the small bowls that we were given were not even washed correctly and still had food residue on them. The cutlery also was not properly cleaned and sanitized for our safety. The service was also below average, they brought the food, but failed to provide cutlery and napkins, after repeatedly asking the server finally brought them. Last but not least, they tried to overcharge us by adding the replacement roti that they brought into the bill. They did remove them at the end when it was pointed out.
