昼間暑すぎて観光できない子連れ用かな。涼しいというのが価値。地元のショッピングモール。子供は3階で遊べます。

フェニックスモールと違って、高級ブランドや、日本へのお土産などに適したものはあまりないが、駐在者が週末に行くのに適したイオンモール的な存在。出張者や旅行客にはインドプロダクツも多いフェニックスを薦めるが、生活用品を揃えたり時間を潰す目的なら、広々して比較的空いてる、大きすぎないエクスプレスアベニューの方が向いている。家庭用品ならニトリ的なHOME CENTER、ランチならフードコート、気の利いた食材ならTRYST、新鮮な野菜も買えます。軽くお茶するならクリスピークリームとか。アルコールはB1の隅にTasmac 。グローバル品質の美容院TONI & GUYやファッション関係もこだわりすぎなければ、一通り揃います。スーパーマーケットはSmart Bazaar がB1にあります。フードコートは必要額を事前に会計カウンターでプリペイドカードにチャージしてから各店舗で支払うシステムです。ショッピングフロアから駐車場へのアクセスが分かりにくいのと、トイレが清潔でないのが減点ポイント。間もなくチェンナイ初のダイソーがスーパーマーケットの隣にオーブンする様です。

アメリカのショッピングモールっぽい。テナントも、高級ブランドはないが、国際的に展開している店が多い。H&M、NIKEなど。ただ、アパレルショップにはインドらしさがあって、民族衣装っぽいものが多かった。地階にスーパーマーケットがある。鞄はスーパーマーケットの入口で預ける必要があるが、ノートパソコンなど入っている場合には、預けるのでなく、封印してもらう。フードコートは広く種類も多い。レストランもある。

世界各国に進出してるようなカジュアルブランドが揃う店。フードコートも充実してました。エアコンも効いており、暑さにまいった身には救いです。が、いかんせんモール内の動線が最悪です。エスカレーターも少なく、店巡りするのが非常に面倒くさい構造。

適度な大きさ。 よくここで映画観ます。

建物は新しく、活気があるショッピングモール。ほとんどがブランドの服飾店ばかり。 最上階には映画館があり、ピザハットやドミノピザなどのフードコートもある。 二階だったかに本とDVDの店があり、オックスフォードの辞書が安価で購入できた。 地下一階にはビッグバザールというスーパーマーケットがあり、生活雑貨や調理器具、食料品まで取り扱っており見ていて楽しい。 書店もスーパーマーケットも、入場には手荷物を預ける必要あり（無料）。 2017年版の地球の歩き方には載ってなかったけど、正直チェンナイシティセンターなんかよりも、こっちのモールを載せるべき。

建物は、歴史を感じる事が出来る趣がありますね。開いている店はどこも活気がありますね(笑)前を通ると、色々話しかけてくれます（笑）楽しめる場所ですね😁

夜の19時過ぎでほとんどシャッター閉まっております。一通りまわりましたが地元の方しか行かない用な店しかなかったな 外国人くる目的はマックがあること 期待はずれでしたがスパイシーセットしかなくてポテトとコーラだけにしました。メニューがめちゃからそうでした。だれか試してみて。リキシャが外で待機しています。

Taj Connemaraのすぐ隣、歩いて2分で入場できます。モール全体としてはシャッターが閉まった店舗が多く寂れている雰囲気ですが、0階に San cha Tea、Kama、Himaraya、Patanjali、Khadi などのお土産にちょうどいいものを一通り揃えた薬局があり便利です。

チェンナイに住んで半年ですが初めて来ました。 カシミール地方の絨毯屋があると聞いて来ましたが、数多くのお土産屋さんがあり、観光客には最近流行りのフェニックスモールより効率よく物が買えるように思います。

2016/11/19 日曜日銀行が閉まってるので、両替所を目当てに行った。日曜日でも開いていて、３件程回ったが、１万円に対して、５２００ルピー、５７００ルピー(300rs渡すと2000rs×3)、５０００ルピー(新紙幣)と、旧紙幣と新紙幣切り替わり時期で満足いく両替が出来なかった。モール自体はセキュリティがしっかりしていて、金属探知機や手荷物検査まであるが中は対してきれいではない。

地球の歩き方には10:00からとなっていたが、殆どのテナントは開いていない。 10:00時に行くと、出勤した店員さんたちがビル内に入っていくだけで、通路に電気さえ付いていない。 店もエスカレーターもエレベーターも、動くのは11:00から。

2年前来たときの状態をうっすらとしか覚えてませんが、今回来てみてだいぶ寂しくなったかなと思いました。壊れて動かないエスカレーターも目立ちました。ブラブラしてると店の人から声はかけられますが、しつこくは無かったです。

大きなショッピングモール。なんでもあるが、H&Mをはじめとするインド国外メーカーは全て日本で買うより値段が高い。土日は駐車場もレジも混むので、効率よく買い物したいなら平日をおすすめする。

とっても大きくて、綺麗なショッピングモールですね。お洒落な店も沢山あって、レストランも充実していますね

チェンナイ最大のショッピングモール。日本へのお土産なら、高級アーユルヴェーダのKAMAや、紅茶のSAN-CHA、fabindia。良質な生活用品が揃うHome Center やスーパーマーケットのSmart Bazaar 。グローバルブランドから、ローカルブランドまで幅広く揃うファッションブランド。レストランも高級店からファーストフードが並ぶフードコートまで。アルコールはパーキング近くの目立ちにくい所にあるTASMACで。このモールのラインナップは間違い無くチェンナイ随一。唯一のマイナスポイントは通路が狭めなので、週末などは非常に混雑することです。他のショッピングモールと比べるとトイレは綺麗です。特に2ndフロアにある、VIP Restroom はホテル並みです。
