It’s an interesting setup on the canal there in Arcadia, close to Scottsdale. There isn’t really a whole lot to see other than some architectural features by the main falls. Took about. 10 minutes to view the facility and snap some pics. It’s worth the stop if you happen to be in the area, but not really a spot for a specific trip across town.
