The meals took a long time to come out and by the time the last meals came out some of the party had finished eating. Staff were under pressure as it was busy and with only two members of staff to operate the bar take orders at the tables and serve the food they tried there best but unfortunately the service was below an acceptable standard. At no point did anyone come over and ask if the food was okay and this is a courtesy that most restaurants check. Unfortunately we won't be returning again yesl the 40% discount voucher made it an attractive offer but I would rather have paid full price for substantial meals served hot with better service.
