The TV’s don’t support streaming sticks and they have locked the TV’s don’t so there is no way around it! Street side rooms are a little noisy because of the nearby nightlife but the check in staff warned of this which was reasonable. Light sleepers will struggle. I am a medium sleeper and had no issues with street noise. The air conditioning however is LOUD! It will keep you awake unless you have been tranquilizer with horse tranquilizer…. So ask for that when checking in if you want air conditioning overnight. Staff are accommodating and very helpful. Location is fantastic for main Alexandria activities.

We brought it all down to the front desk but they only gave us two clean flat sheets (after two separate requests) to use for the night, because they said housekeeping needed to take care of the rest. The heat wouldn’t work at all no matter how high we turned it up, it just kept blowing cold air right onto our faces in the bedroom so we ended up turning it completely off and just freezing for two nights. Other things that we normally wouldn’t care too much about like the shower being dirty, the toilet making a metal banging noise every so often, the WiFi not working, and some extremely loud wind chimes outside our window that didn’t stop all night, felt like bigger issues because of the disgusting nature of the room. My husband is a few stays away from being Titanium for the year and I have traveled with him for many of the 65+ stays, from Fairfield’s in the middle of nowhere to the Sheraton Ohana Suite in Waikiki, we have never encounter a room like this and ultimately it just makes me sad because our adult daughter came along as a special trip for her before she heads off to medical school and the room put a pretty bigger damper on the experience. On a Wednesday morning, there was no room for my family to eat at a table, even though they have 3 empty rooms beside the breakfast space. In addition, no hotel staff greeted us and explained the process or offerings. Another hotel guest saw us looking confused and offered us a space to sit and explained where the silverware was and the breakfast process. The only positive about this hotel is the location and how close it is to everything and the friendly staff. The hotel itself felt very old, run down, and not taken care of. There was also only one elevator which looked very old and ran as if we may or may not get stuck in it everytime we got on.
