The introduction of Anima at Springfields has been really positive, I feel. It's allowed me, a full-time working single mum, to be able to make requests and sort medication etc. in my own time, rather than calling at 8am. I've personally never struggled to get an appointment for my little boy when he's needed one, and for anything I have going on, I tend to complete an Anima request and am always offered a suitable route to be assessed, in a reasonable timeframe.
