We were VERY pleased that we went here. The menu was small which surprised my wife. However the food was AMAZINGLY tasty and well prepared and presented. The cassoulet was VERY tasty and with the added texture and taste of the deep fried kale (similar in texture to deep fried seaweed) and the Carrot was excellent. Now the Venison sausage is VERY, VERY good, but the skin on the 2nd sausage was a bit chewy to eat, so I removed ALL the venison and ate every bit of the venison filing as well as clearing my plate of everything but the bit of sausage skin.
