So I'm not one to make reviews because I don't want to tarnish a place but my wife and I went to the Tap Room for dinner soon after they reopened for renovations. For a place that you would expect quality service for the price you're paying, it was a bad experience. When I tried to make reservations, they wouldn't let me mention it was for my first anniversary - we are locals so we didn't have a place on the resort for them to add these notes to our profile. Anyways, we get there, they place us at the table right next to the main entrance where everyone is checking in, which is a bar area and not in the dining area which had a better ambiance. The chairs were close together so servers and guests were hitting my chair about every 30 seconds. It got annoying. Our waiter didn't greet us or ask if we were visiting the resort, celebrating anything, etc., just handed us the menus and walked away. He'd place our silverware on the table instead of on the mats that were in front of us so just another knock.
