Turns out it is a locally game owned business. Met a couple of them who we enjoyed some great conversation with. From our entry into the restaurant to our exit the wait staff were very attentive and knowledgeable. Shane, was our server and apologized profusely for what is to follow. My wife ordered the lobster tail which came out over done and my steak was bland to say the least. In all the places like this one I have visited throughout the States, I have never believed I would need steak sauce to be able to enjoy the steak That is the reason for my 3 Star rating
