We were a bit hesitant to go with so many negative reviews but, so so pleased we visited. Would have missed out on such a wonderful experience! We added the lunch buffet which was great (and catered to GF options brilliantly), and a special thank you to the friendly tall man with the glasses. All of our interactions with the staff were good, they were attentive and helpful. We were spoilt for choice with wide range of relaxation rooms, saunas, experiances and a outdoor infinity pool with the most incredible view. Our favourite was the half hidden sauna under the infinity pool. Though a water source near there would have been appreciated because it was such a hot sauna! The numerous water sources are impressive but lack drinking vessels. Note €1.5 for a fresh towel and €3 for robe. One flip flop and my robe went missing. But appreciated the soaps and shampoo and moisturisers! It felt populated but not surprising for such a beautiful spa, I've been to busier! Google maps was also straight forward, there are signs to help. Thank you so much for such a gorgeous day, we felt so safe as a queer couple !
