My partner has size 14 feet and had no choice but to rest his feet on the approximately 1ft high stage, otherwise he would have had to sit sideways in his seat so that he could fit his feet sideways on the ground. He was told off by staff for doing this. There was no room to put a drink or anything else down on the floor in front of us so we had to hold our drinks, coats etc in our hands, meaning we couldn't clap hands at all during the performance. Other people on the front row got told off by staff for putting their drinks down on the edge of the stage. We could only get into our seats by accessing them from the stage, as the people already sitting in our row would have had to vacate their seats and move to the aisle to let us in.
