My order came quickly and I was surprised at not only how large the bowl was, but that is was filled almost to the rim. Add to that, PTPE loaded it up with far more noodles and meat than I have had at any other Pho restaurant so far. I also ordered their pork summer rolls (which are quite large) and should have done just the pho by itself as it was quite filling. The broth was very good and my order came with plenty of basil and bean sprouts to add in.
