シンガポールのための[mala]のベスト[カウント]の場所

普段はGoogle Mapのレビューを通じて、素敵なお店を紹介したいと思っているのですが、今回は少し残念な体験をしたため、共有させて頂きます。特に中国語が話せない方に向けた注意喚起になればと思います。 People's Park Complexにある老舗の麻辣香鍋の人気店で、これまで何度も奥にある方の店舗を利用してきましたが、今回は入口近くの店舗を初めて訪れました。 この店舗は、希望の具材をスタッフに伝えて取ってもらうスタイルで、最初は言葉の壁もあり少し戸惑いました。中国語が分からない旨を何度か伝えたところ、英語を交えながら対応してくれるようになりました。 ただ、オーダー時に「油少なめでお願いします」と伝えたところ、厨房の方から数名の笑い声が聞こえ、中国語が分からなくてもその雰囲気から好意的ではない印象を受けました。また、すでに支払いを済ませていたにもかかわらず、女性スタッフから「まだ支払っていないのでは？」と言われてしまい、残念な気持ちになりました。 その後、翻訳アプリを使って「支払いは済んでいるし、貴方の接客が少し残念だった」と伝えたところ、別のスタッフの方が片言の日本語で謝って下さったのはありがたかったです。 価格は非常にリーズナブルで、麻辣香鍋も人気があるのは理解できますが、中国語が話せない方には、もう少しフレンドリーな対応をしてくれる別のお店や、同系列でも奥にある店舗の方をお勧めしたいと思います。そちらではこれまでこの様な嫌な経験をしたことはありませんでした。

麻辣香鍋に最近ハマっているので、口コミでおすすめされていたこちらのお店に行ってきました！ お店は10:30からで開店と同時だったので(平日ということもあり)私含め2、3人しかいなかったです。 フードデリバリーの注文はすごく沢山来ていたようなので時間帯によっては長蛇の列が出来ると思います。 入れたい具材は指をさして店員さんに皿に盛ってもらいます。 わたしは毎回どのお店でも同じ具材のリピートですが、キクラゲ・湯葉・ブロッコリー・空芯菜・えのき・牛肉にしました。 そのままレジでイートインなのかテイクアウトなのか聞かれて、辛さも聞かれてお会計して番号札をもらいます。 ※中辛(ミディアムスパイシー)にしましたが辛いのが好きな方には物足りないかもしれません。シビの感じもそこまで強くなかったです。 麻辣香鍋が出来上がるとお店の正面右側に番号が写し出されるので札と引き換えに商品をもらいます。 そこまでクセがない麻辣香鍋なので初心者の方にもおすすめします！ レンコンは分厚いし大きいし食べ応えありました。ブロッコリーやキクラゲも美味しかったです！ ▲外国人と分かるとティッシュ売りが頻繁にやってくるので必要だったら買えばいいですし、必要なければNoと言いましょう！

2022年1月13日木曜日昼、何回目の訪問かは忘れました。 晴れた青空が気持ちよすぎたので、できたて熱々の麻辣香鍋を抱えてeople's Park Food Centreを出て、お隣のPeople's Park Complexとの間にあるテラス席に陣取って頂きました。 が、、、People's Park Complexの方に注意されてしまいました！！ まー冷静になって見れば、テラス席はPeople's Park Complexのお席ですね。。。 あまりの青空とPeople's Park Complexの緑の建物の対比の美しさに土地狂ってしまいました。。。 でも、相変わらず美味しい麻辣香鍋でした。 2020年8月12日初訪問 昨晩はレッドヒルフードセンターの麻辣香鍋Mala Xiang Guoに行きましたが、今朝のトレーニングがあるのでビールは無し。 今朝から決めてました、今晩はキンキンに冷えたビールで麻辣香鍋（Mala Xiang Guo）を流し込んでやるぞと、昨晩のリベンジだぞと。 で、仕事が終わった瞬間にバスに飛び乗って、中華街にあるシンガポールで麻辣香鍋Mala Xiang Guoと調べれば真っ先に出てくる超有名店、 Ri Ri Hong Mala Xiang Guo 日日紅麻辣香鍋 に向かいました。 中華街の珍珠大厦のPeople's Park Food Centreにあります。 このローカルと言うか、何だか生活感溢れる空間、いいですね。 事前にいろんな人の口コミを見て勉強してましたが、ここはショーケースにずらっとならぶ食材を店員さんに取ってもらうシステムです。 野菜を選び終わると、お野菜担当店員さんからお肉担当の店員さんに鍋をパスされて、お肉を注文します。 店員さんに持ってもらってたので、写真撮りづらくて撮れず・・・・ 食材を選び終わると、会計して、番号札を渡されて裏へ行け、駅へ行けと指示されます。 向かって右側からぐるーっと裏に回ると、商品お渡しゾーンがあります。 大きな声で番号を叫んでもらって取りに行く形。 ちょっと待ちそうだったので、右4件ぐらい隣の飲み物屋さんに行って青島ビールを購入。 もちろんプラスチックカップにたっぷり氷を入れてもらいます。 青島ビール大瓶4ドル！！！！ 日日紅麻辣香鍋の番号札をみて察してくれた様子で、ニコっと笑ってティッシュをおまけでくれました。 もちろんおまけで頂いたティッシュ、大活躍でしたよ！！ すごく嬉しかったので、後でこの飲み物屋さんに五つ星つけちゃいます。 ビールを片手に店にもどると、すごい番号を叫んでるけど誰も反応してない。。。。 「えっ？こんなに早いわけないよね？」と思いつつ番号札を店員さんに見せたら、私の分でした。。。。叫ばせて申し訳ない。。。。 4人は前にいたと思いますが、5分もかからずですね、早い。 今日も山盛り取ったんですけど、8.5S＄でした、ライス込みで。 やす！！ で、着丼して気が付きました、そう着鍋じゃないんですよ。 麻辣香鍋というよりも麻辣香丼じゃん。。。 上海では鍋に入ってサーブされてたのを思い出します。 そしてどんぶりを見て思い出しました、私が上海で麻辣香鍋に行かなかった理由を。 唐辛子の量が多すぎて、それをとりのぞくのが凄くめんどくさいってことに。。。。 大量に唐辛子が入ってます。 めんどくさいです。 でも、麻辣香丼であっても、どんなに唐辛子がめんどくさくても、私はここにまた来ます。 行く価値があります。 うまいです。 野菜たっぷりです。 暑くて、辛くて、汗も止まりませんが、食べる手も止まりません。 これは、ハマりますわ。 何より冷えた青島ビールとよく合う。 レッドヒルの麻辣香鍋Mala Xiang Guoは、ここまで唐辛子が多くないので食べやすかったっす。 この名店と比べるのもなんですが、星勝負で言えば両方五つ星でいいんじゃないかなと思います。 その後レッドヒルのお店にもう一度行きましたが、やはり五つ星でいいと結論しました。 いやー、Ri Ri Hong Mala Xiang Guo 日日紅麻辣香鍋、うまかった。 メニュー見て気が付いたんですけど、麻辣香鍋以外にも、香鍋多汁（ってなんだ？？？？）、麻辣湯（よく上海で食べた懐かしい！）、清炒（普通の野菜炒め？？）が選べるんすね。。。。 むう、しばらくは連日通って試したい・・・。 ここ中華街の珍珠大厦のPeople's Park Food Centreもたくさんお店があって、攻略するのに時間が必要そうです。 レッドヒルフードセンターとラッキープラザを攻略した暁には、こちらも探索したいところです。 野菜が足りないあなた、麻辣香鍋もおすすめです。
