It’s easy to give a glowing review when everything goes well; however this is a great review for a problem that occurred and how it was handled. My husband and I had an amazing experience with Hvar Tours. Throughout the booking process Ines was great and always answered emails immediately. We booked Waves and Wine to visit 2 wineries on a private boat. About 1/2 an hour after we left Hvar on the open water our boat surprisingly collided with a smaller boat. Our speedboat’s bow was high and there was no way we could have seen the smaller low boat. It was quite a mess with boat parts and the couple’s personal belongings strewn all over the sea. Remarkably no one was hurt although they were knocked into the water and the husband took a moment to resurface on the other side of our boat. Lots of screaming and tears (after reality set in). Our young boat driver did the best he could and was very sweet despite this being a very traumatic experience. Hvar tours immediately emailed that they would refund all of our money for the day. We offered to pay for the wine tasting that we were able to take but they refused. This morning we went to Hvar Tours Office where Ines refunded the total amount in cash. Excellent and beyond customer service!
