Started with their OG vada and idly and the idlys were good and very much like pillows. Their vada sells super fast like hot cakes and it very crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I was surprised that they have a very small menu... On one hand it's good as they are able to maintain the quality and standards of their respective signature dishes. I went for 1) 1 idli and 1 vade: The idli was soft but it felt a bit undercooked. Though melting in the mouth, the inner part of the idli didn't make much of a great impression. Vade definitely was amazing! It's the most crisp vade I have ever had and this one takes the crown! Chutney they gave was limited but it was a mistake from my end that I didn't see the person who was refilling the chutney at the separate counter.
