The Lechon was obviously microwaved or reheated of some sort, probably if the Lechon came all the way from Cebu. The service is so messed up, the staff was polite and friendly, but it took way tooooo long. The “appetizers” came in LAST which we ended up not eating because it was too chewy for a chicharon.
