As per market standard, if the payment is done the confirmation should be given however they declined and rather kept insisting for second payment to be done. If you are taking the payment then it’s responsibility of the hotel to atleast communicate and refund the amount if we have clearly mentioned that I don’t want to go ahead with booking that too within 5 mins. Further after 7-8 calls these people made us Panick and had the audacity to answer to call to say that they have too many work and will get back to us in 5 mins and took forever to return the call. The location of the resort is awesome with the best views you can have and even if you just need to be at the resort it is absolutely relaxing. The food at Upper Deck is amazing with some very good choices in veg as well as non veg options, this is very different from some other resorts where they do not offer either enough veg or non veg options. There is a live counter daily for one food item and then multiple roti options , I thoroughly enjoyed the naans and parathas straight from the flame to our tables. Room service is prompt and excellent , hence I am unsure why some of the reviews mention otherwise. There are so many more add ons that really make UDR an excellent choice for an all inclusive vacation in the calm and serene surroundings the resort has to offer. Kudos to all at team UDR for making our stay so memorable and for ensuring that we go back again and again.
