For this reason I had to wakeup multiple times during my sleep the whole night. 7) After giving complaint to 3 contact persons, noone showed up. Even the property contact person stopped responding at one call. 8) The do not general courtesy to provide drinking water to customers 9) Intercom not working 10) Lift is always faulty. Had to go to 5th floor on stairs 3 times. Many more to say. But I believe this much is more than enough. I booked these suites to give it a try above staying hotel. But after my stay only I came to know that all the ratings on online for this property are completely fake. Location is very good, just beside Hotel New Sea Hawk, so distance to Swargadhar and known eateries are near by and hence you need not spend good amount in Toto and Autos. 2. The Parking space is good and can easily accomodate 4 to 5 SUVs at a time. The gate is locked at the night, hence you can be assured that your vehicle is safe. 3. Security guard is very good and they great you nicely. 4. Bathroom water supply is good and not hard or salty water. Cons: 1. We stayed in room # 202. Rooms is/are not good and does not justify the amount being charged. The room is full of damp and there is no proper ventilation. 2. AC is working, however it seems these machines are never serviced. 3. The bed sheet is torn, however it is clean. Interesting part is, housekeeping does not changes bedsheets and towel during the period of stay. 4. There is no filtered water facililty inside the hotel. Water is provided in a JUG, however not sure, where the supply is from. 5. Mosquito repelant machine was broken and we had to ask for replacement. 6. Bathroom is pathetic. Full of mold and black fungus. They and super dirty (Sulabh Sauchagar is better). Taps are broken, leaking water running the entire day and night. Gyser does not works for the entire floor. The comod shower is broken. Basin is not clean and mirror never maintained. The lights in the bathroom is of no good. 7. Room service is pathetic. When you call the numbers of restruant, they simply are least bother to attend. I had to go down to order food for my family. 8. Restruant service is pathetic and never try out any food here. The breakfast was horrible. 9. Manager is Ok, however that smile and warm welcome to the guest is missing. 10. Lift is present, however never maintained and door makes noise while closing, so do not be surprised, if you get stuck inside. 11. The hotel needs maintainence badly. Only the following things are concerned to me as I want my family not to struggle for basic things. If I was travelling solo then it would have been a great choice: 1. Tourist cabs won’t go till hotel. They drop you around 300-400 metres back. If you are travelling with luggage you have to take auto or carry with you. 2. Hotel is on the 4th floor of mall which is under construction. Too much of noise, dust and debris 3. Elevator is too small to carry luggage and people in a single go. In case if elevator is not working then carry luggage to 4th floor is impossible for normal person. 4. Food was very blunt and tasteless. Also there was some construction work going around so dust was everywhere, I highly doubt on hygiene due to construction activities. Apart from above points the hotel staff was friendly and supportive. All the check in and check out process was seamless. Cleanliness was good but there is a room for improvement. If you are on bag packer or budget trip and ok with little bit adjustment then go for it but if you are travelling with family and kids then I would recommend the hotel after construction activities are completed.
