Service at the bar, during our Modern Jive class, is always fast and efficient. The staff are kind and helpful too. Most recently I lost a very expensive hearing aid there and as soon as I rang the next day, to speak to the Manager, Adam, he set about trying to find it for me. Becca located it and rang me sometime later, after she&colleagues had searched everywhere and found my hearing aid. I got a message from her to advise me that all was ok and that was followed, in the evening, by a phone call from Adam to check all was right with the world and that I was happy. It was a wonderful experience. At every stage of the preparations Roscoe's staff could not have been more helpful.
