We went in on a Sunday when it was packed and it took an hour to get our food, which was fine because it was so delicious. We went back early the following day and the restaurant was empty. We ordered the breakfast bagel and tried to add a beyond patty, but they only allow you to add a beyond patty on the vegan version and ham on the regular.
