Being Peruvian and an avid food lover I couldn't wait to try the cuisine incorporating Asian flare which is a common element with Peruvian dishes. The atmosphere and service was amazing. The wine and "cocktail" selections were all worth sampling. There is no liquor served. They do have beer also. Entrees were the Cordero cusquen̈o which was a delicious rack of lamb. This dish was not salty and I split it with my daughter and it was plenty of food for the both of us to share. The mar y tierra which is a nod to surf and turf was cooked well but the pasta was over done so the creamy sauce was more of a paste. And the last entree we tried was the salmon Italo andino and it was perfect. For dessert we shared the sacred valley and again the presentation was great. Overall I would go back again and try different entrees for the experience and hopefully a better meal. I truly do think the "chef was in love" 💓 and it's worth another visit.
