The hotel itself is beautiful, the amenities are great, and the overall environment should have made for a memorable week. But the way security treated the young Black boys turned what should’ve been an amazing experience into a stressful and disappointing one. Security repeatedly followed and hovered over the Black kids, assuming they were “neighborhood kids with no parents around,” while completely ignoring white kids doing the exact same thing in the same space. When I tried to address it, my voice was dismissed instead of heard. フォールビューのお部屋に泊まりました。部屋からカナダ側、アメリカ側両方の滝が一望できて、とっても感動しました。夜のライトアップも綺麗に見れます。 ホテル全体は、若干古く、エレベーターもガタガタしていますが、お部屋は綺麗で広かったです。 ただ、低層階の部屋は古くてあまりお勧めできません。 ホテルにレストランが無いため、朝食はとなりのファミレスで食べました。近くにコンビニみたいなものもありますが、ロビー横で売っているお水が１番安い気がします。

Talk about adding stress for parents when you’re trying to get an 8 month old to sleep along with an overactive 2 year old 🙃 Activity/noise curfew is supposed to be 10pm but it’s now 11pm and there’s still tons of loud activity, teens doing TikToks outside our room and people shouting in the building. No enforcement it seems. I may sound like a cranky old fart, but these things aren’t helping the struggle at all 😅 Another issue is the lack of power outlets in the room. We are unable to charge our devices conveniently. There’s no USB ports or anything in the bedside lamps like most hotels. There’s one on the other side of the room so at least a couple devices can be charged. Our biggest dilemma is that none of the rooms have microwaves… so our baby can’t have a warm bottle in the middle of the night! The nearest microwave is down the hall near the ice machine, but this isn’t convenient whatsoever for middle of the night feeds. This place has potential for a fun experience but not for families with infants and young toddlers. Parents with older children may have a more enjoyable experience than we have had.

The room was kind of ok, bed was made didnt smell..right off the bat we noticed door did not close very fast at all, in fact was close to a min before it would close, great for a handicap person sucked for us. My friend he gets back upstairs to see his new room, which is way down the hall at this point, he gets down there door wont open. He went back downstairs to tell the guy, came back up guy told him to try again, back downstairs because it wouldn't work. He sent a guy to change the battery...that wouldn't work, so he went back down. The guy finally came up, saw it worked with his keyboard, I told him the guy from maintenence said he need to reprogram the card finally believed someone and issued a new card...weird fiasco! Ok rooms! My friends room was ok this time around..his remote wouldn't work for the tv and they gave them 2 queen beds,but I guess we had to cut our losses. Our room had weird bugs crawling on wall,see first pic, which i didnt see till next morning! We took a shower and since it was handicapped water went everywhere, I mean everywhere floor was soaked, went through 3 towels, in fact a handicapped person would have slipped and hurt themselves. The sink drain wouldn't go down, I even pulled the stopper out and it wouldn't go down, and left a weird slime in the sink after sitting.. see pic below. The light didnt work, and the one above the sink, bulbs were flickering. You couldnt get out of the bathroom sliding door if you close it all the way...pic below no handle whatsoever The room was dated, heat and ac worked, mattress and pillow seemed ok. The view out our room was amazing lmfao, not really...was a terrible view of the ither building and random shit on the ground. There was no operational indoor pool like it says online, it was empty and apparently has been empty for a little while according to what I was told. The dining area, where papa John's was and the bar were filthy looks like no one cleaned tables and floors or emptied trash all day. Only other 2 good things to say are location is good, you can walk to somewhere cleaner to eat lol, and the free breakfast was ok, only drawback to that is its served in that dirty dining area! If you are looking for nice staff good walking area to falls this is it....if you are looking for a clean hotel, with a pool, clean affordable dining area, that doesn break the bank... THIS IS NOT IT! It wasnt even like the rooms were super cheap, moderately priced for the area! Im sure there are better bargains out there and im sure i wont be going to this again! There are no elevators (at least to the 2nd floor by the front desk). So carrying 4 heavy bags was a little tough. Make sure you get a room on the first floor if you cannot carry bags up the stairs.
